The suite is on the cooler side of the building facing south east and kitchen and bathroom facing Northwest. Windows on both the front and back of the studio allow the trade winds to blow through, providing a comfortable atmosphere on the warmest of summer days.

Why the Owner Chose Diamond Head
I bought this apartment for my parents and rent it out when they are not here, so my guest are like family, some come back every year.
I like it because it is in the perfect location, on the beach, and a short walk to Waikiki.
The Colony Surf is the best managed building I have ever seen,24 hour staffing and it has one of Hawaii's best dining locations "Michele's" on the ground floor, ocean view.

The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Condominium
I personally like the private beach for swimming and Kapiolani Park across the street for walking and running.It is soooo great to wake up to birds singing and the sound of waves.
I also love walking barefoot along the beach into Waikiki, where I can eat any kind of food in a casual style.

I was born in Honolulu, my family has been in Hawaii for 124 years. My Grandmother was the first telephone operator at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in 1927.I have family on all the islands and several mainland cities.What I love most about Hawaii is the local people,they are so caring.And when people come here on vacation, they are in a relaxed mood, so we all enjoy our selves in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
