Spacious, 2500 square feet, beautifully furnished home within Northstar resort. Rental includes bus shuttle, which picks up from driveway to take guests to the newly expanded village, with skilifts, recreation center, restaurants, shopping, and ice rink. A trolley commutes to Old Truckee 6 miles away, 15 miles to Squaw Valley, 5 miles to Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach, and 12 miles to North Shore Nevada casinos.
The house has two levels. Downstairs has one queen size bedroom and one room with bunk beds, one bath and a half, steam shower, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and living room plus large deck with a propane barbecue. Upstairs has a king master bedroom, master bath with jetted tub, shower and additional queen bedroom. There is also a small study upstairs.

REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $ 600 plus $150 cleaning fee.
