You are welcome to stay and relax in our 1100 square foot, beach Condo.This spacious third floor Condo with balcony overlooks the heated swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Our condominium building has 2 operating elevators for the 5 story building. Our condo is nicely decorated and furnished in relaxing colors of peach and seafoam green. We have provided all the comforts and conveniences of home including a designated covered parking space. We have provided a welcome basket that includes coffee, hot cocoa and condiments and a bottle of wine is awaiting you in the refrigerator. Come and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the balcony and watch the wonderful Florida sunsets.
The master suite has a beautiful view of the beach,a french door leading to the balcony, king-size bed,dresser with mirror and nightstands, walk-in closet,and a private bath with dressing area.
The living room area has rattan furnishings, TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The dining area has a glass top table which seats four persons and a mirrored wall that reflects the view of the beach. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee looking at the beach. This common area also holds a full-size Murphy bed (which is much more comfortable than a sofa bed ). This bed is in close proximity to the second full-size bathroom.
The kitchen is supplied with full-size black colored appliances and ample counter space.You also have a great view from the kitchen area.The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils(complete sets of color coordinated dishes,glasses,silverware), cooking items and small appliances. Our Condo is carpeted and has tiled floors including the balcony. **** Also inside the Condo is a full-size washer and dryer.****

Thanks very much Susan for the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo. Upon our arrival the condo was spotlessly clean and fully prepared for our stay. I loved having the wi-fi right in the condo. Nothing like having a coffee on the balcony checking e-mails!!! Please note that the condo has been updated with new flooring, paint, TV's and couch, as the pics on this site are old. MUCH nicer now!! Hopefully will be back!

We were looking for a clean, quiet place with a nice beach. This condo gave us that. We were surprised at what a nice location Indian Shores is. It is a short drive to John's pass and we drove up to Clearwater numerous times to go shopping. The restaurants in the area were all fabulous. One thing I really like was having wireless access right in the condo - to me a big plus (most condo's don't have their own access - you have to use the clubhouse). We come down to Florida at least twice a year and this was our best stay so far. We had a blast.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Condo is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The building is very well kept.Kids enjoyed the beach, dolphins swimming by quite often. A few doors down from the bird sanctuary, close enough for viewing, yet far enough that you cannot smell it from the condo. We will return. Thanks Susan for everything.

Susan's condo is exceptionally clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The building is very well kept and backs directly onto the beach with a lovely pool area.The location provides easy access to other attractions in the Tampa Bay area. We would have no hesitation in returning.

Great condo, great location. We had 3 adults and one child and had plenty of room. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed. Nice family oriented area with a great, uncrowded beach. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing trip.

We went to this condo November 12-19 This condo was so clean and it is just like the pictures. The sunsets were amazing also very good returants in the area. We had a very relaxing time and we hope to go back. The owners were so helpful and nice.

We had a wonderful time in a place which is a dream. It trully is a special condo so clean and spacious a must stay which we hope to again in the future. The pool is lovely and the sea is warm seeing dolphins almost every day was a dream come true. Thank you for letting us stay in your home from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo, VERY clean and comfortable. Great ocean views from bedroom and balcony. Pool area with BBQ and all was fantastic. Enjoyed the great restaurants in the area. We would go back in a heartbeat. Miss it so much already!!

The condo turned out to be exactly as described with everything we needed, including great weather. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we've rented in the past.
