Enjoy the best of both worlds, on the water and within minutes of the Ocean! This lovely home is located on the Grand Canal at the south end of Ocean Shores and is only a 5 minute boat ride to Duck Lake. The Grand Canal is connected to 23 miles of fresh water canals and lakes. Here in this private setting you have your own dock & shoreline to fish off, launch your kayak or feel free to bring your own small watercraft and fishing gear. Community boat docks are close by for launching your larger craft. This home is just a ten minute walk to Damon Point State Park which is one of the best beaches in Ocean Shores and is a 5 minute drive from all the downtown activities. After a long day at the beach unwind in our private hot tub.
Inside you're sure to feel pampered with all new bedroom and living room furnishings. Enjoy the 50" LCD TV in the living room. The kitchen, livingroom and master bedroom features huge vaulted ceilings with windows that have breathtaking views. In the master suite you'll find a king size bed with your own 32" LCD TV and incredible views of the water and a slidder off to your own private patio leading to the water. The other two rooms also feature their own 32" LCD TV's. A large 5 piece master bath with soaking tub will help you relax after a long day on the water!

This house is really spacious, clean and wonderfully furnished. We were part of a really big group and this house was perfect. Owners are really helpful and flexible; you can tell that they put a lot of effort to make everyone feel welcome. Will definitely be back!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed here for a long weekend in February, and while the weather didn't cooperate, we took little notice between rexaling away in the hot tub and ejoying the bright, open space of the house. Pictures don't do the place justice--it's beautiful! Everything was exactly as we expected from the description, and the owner was incredibly precise and helpful in getting everything set up. The town wasn't far away when we needed to grab a couple of things, but the location of the house provided a lot of privacy and the escape we were looking for. I will definitely (and have) recommended this place to all my friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay over the 4th of July weekend was wonderful. We had a great time. The house was clean and open and bright. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and large deck. We roasted marshmellows at the fire pit and did a little fishing off the small dock. Though we had the paddle boat at our disposal we didn't actually use it, it was lisping a little when we arrived and had not been cleaned for our stay. Other than the paddle boat, we found everything as advertised. Thanks for a great 4th!!
