Our Breckenridge Private Rental Home located in Park Forest Estates is a three bedroom plus den, three full bath and sleeps 10. Wooded location in one of Breckenridge’s newest residential developments.

Professionally decorated, this single family home features a four level design with heated one car garage, a gas fireplaces, full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and icemaker, living room, dining room, den with queen sofa sleeper, small loft, multiple flat screen TV's with DVD player and stereo.

Right on the free shuttle line and less than one mile from the Peak Eight base - Colorado Super Chair.

House was great. Fully stocked kitchen, bath, linens, paper products. Convenient to Peak 8 and only a mile from downtown Breck and shopping. Owner Brian was most helpful, and answered all our questions and emails. 2 or 3 block walk to shuttle to Peak 8, about a mile drive to Peak 8.

We've rented homes in ski resorts all over Colorado and Utah and this is one of the best choices for convenience, amenities, location and value. House is exactly as presented and photos are all current(plenty of room for our group to spread out, great kitchen/dining area and very convenient. There was plenty of snow on the roads so after a short walk down a trail behind the house, it was more like ski in/out. And Brian was extremely responsive. He answered every email within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this house.

Brian, Just wanted to drop a line to let you know how much we enjoyed your guys' place. It really is a wonderful house. We all slept great, ate really well, and watched a lot of college basketball. Oh and the skiing was outstanding too...Got lucky with about 12" of powder at the top while we were there. Anyway all of my friends and family loved the place. If I can get another trip together in a couple of years I would love to use your place again. Thanks Mic

Our favorite place in Breck

Wonderful home; everything is very nice, good quality. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. Location is very good, typically, we are able to ski in and out. Master bedroom is a floor above other two bedrooms and second den, so if someone wants to stay up late watching a movie, it does not disturb others. The floor plan is such that everyone can spread out. Really, I should write that the place is awful so that it is always available when I want to rent this home.
