Anastasia Island Condo: Three minute walk to beautiful residential beach area. First floor unit, two bedroom, two bath newly renovated Condo in 2006, with tropical beach decor. Sleeps six, includes everything needed for a beach vacation plus beach chairs, umbrella and very large pool, washer and dryer. No smoking indoors.
In addition to the beach you are in the oldest city in America with old European flair. Check out Old City. Oldest school house, fountain of youth, Spanish fort, many other historic sights and tours. Many restaurants, entertainment, ghost tours, hoarse and carriage rides, fishing cruises.

My family of 4 had a very nice vacation at this location. We enjoyed the beautiful beach (a short walk), the pool (a very short walk), some time in St. Augustine (~20 min. drive to downtown) and even a day trip to Disney World (~2 hours each way.) The condo was as pictured, it was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Oh, and the king size bed was very comfortable!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I grew up close to the beach and since my husband and I are older and have raised 4 daughters we want to spend more time close to St Augustine and the ocean. It has a European feel that we love and the beaches there are some of the most beautiful anywhere. We bought our condo to rent and enjoy when we get a chance. We now live in the foothills of Tennessee.
