Welcome to our private, first floor garden apartment at the gulf-front Siesta Dunes Beach Condominiums, on beautiful Siesta Key!
Enjoy the privacy of this beautiful, well-maintained condo in a peaceful garden setting. Our unit is on the first floor of a 2-story building. Enjoy all of the amenities that the Siesta Dunes Complex has to offer, which includes tennis, sauna, hot tub, large circular salt-water pool, expansive sun deck with lounge chairs, tables, and brand new barbeque area. The sun deck has sea-turtle-friendly night lighting for evening relatation at the tables or on the plentiful lounge chairs. Gather privately or with the other guests to watch the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. Siesta Dunes is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and the atmosphere is beautiful, day or night.
There are no roads to cross to get from our condo to the gorgeous blue-green waters, and clean white sand on our award-winning beach. Siesta Dunes is beachfront. Just a few minutes walk and you will see why our beach is world famous!
Our kitchen is complete and we have tried very hard to anticipate your every need. We have a washer and dryer inside our unit for your added convenience as well a radio CD player in the kitchen. We have 3 TVs, 1 VCR, and 1 DVD VCR. Newly painted Fall 2010. New living room furniture Fall 2010. Beach Chairs and Lounges provided by Siesta Dunes for complimentary beach use.
One week minimum, Saturday to Saturday.

- Garage : covered carport area with assigned parking spots, and locking shed that we permit tennants to use. (use contents as well ... toys .... beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts... check what's already there before you rush out to buy something.)
- Covered Parking : Designated parking space with storage shed for tenant use: You will probably find beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc.
- Off Street Parking : Each condo has one covered parking space as well as one lot space.

- Queen Bed : Sleeper sofa in living room pulls out to Queen bed
- Twin/Single Bed (3) : Two twin beds are in 2nd bedroom. Can be pushed together to form double bed. There is an additional roll away twin bed that can be set up either in the Master bedroom, or else in the Living Room/Dining Room area.
- Convertible Bed : Queen sleeper sofa in living room
- Child Bed : We have a cushiony-type roll-out that is stored underneath the king bed in the Master bedroom OR in the master closet. This would be good for a small child who can sleep on it on the floor.

- Outdoor Features
- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (4) : There are BBQ grills at several places on the premesis. Closest grill to building 8, is at the north end of building 8, as you turn towards building 7 -- nice small private area with gas grill and table and chairs.
- Deck/Patio : Small PRIVATE area off of master bedroom - table and chairs, potted plants, lounge chair for personal use. LARGE public deck overlooking the beach, with lots of lounge chairs for sunning, and tables and chairs for outdoor eating. Part of deck is covered. BBQ grills are adjacent to public deck, overlooking the gulf.
- Lanai : Our condo has patio doors leading from the Master bedroom to the outdoor lanai. On our lanai, we have alot of potted plants, shrubbery for privacy, a lounge chair for sunning, and a picnic table and chair set.
- Gazebo : Gazebo is on the sun deck, overlooking the pool --- a great place to gather and watch the sun set.
- View/Location
- Beachfront : The Siesta Dunes Complex is beachfront. Our unit is a garden apartment, nestled in a private area (no beach view) of the complex.
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details : 8-102 is a garden apartment at the Siesta Dunes Beachfront complex which sits directly on the Gulf/Beach. Our condo, however, does not have a water view. It is in a private, tropical garden setting. It takes about 200 steps to walk from our door to the pool/beach area.

- Free Long Distance : Free local and US long distance calling until 10-2-11 (Comcast phone contract up for renewal then)

We love Karen's property in Siesta Dunes. Our third stay is upcoming and we will know we will have a condo that is clean, enjoyable, and has everything to suit our needs. Her location is private and quiet, and a very short walk to the beach. Our son loves the toys and loot in the storage area. Siesta Dunes is the perfect complex and in our opinion, the very best in SK. It is far away from the busy public beach and offers beautiful sunsets and amazing property, pool, BBQ, and lounge areas! Our son loves the little paths you travel around the property. The staff are friendly and accessible and the pool is amazing. We cannot say enough good things about this condo and property! Obviously...we are coming back a third time!

Everything you'll ever need in a condo rental! Down to grilling supplies, drying rack for swimsuits, beach chairs, laundry detergent, the list goes on. Free wifi internet and in-unit laundry facilities are great pluses. Impeccably maintained property, great owner, security and office staff. All our interactions/correspondence have been addressed in a timely manner. Walk to the beach (without having to cross any streets) which is the best sand and crystal clear water I've ever seen in the US. Perfect for our party including a toddler and a pregnant woman. We'll definitely plan on coming back.
