Access from private road no through traffic and very quiet.



Ten minutes to downtown Colorado Springs, two minutes to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Mobil 5 Star Broadmoor Hotel. In the immediate area are Starbucks, restaurants,spas, salons, shopping and 21 screen movie theater. Downtown offers museum,Fine Arts Center,Colorado College, great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Denver is a one hour drive.

Walking Distance to LPGA 2011. Breckenridge ski area is 2 hours from this property. Tours of Cripple Creek, Denver, Vail and many Colorado attractions can be arranged through several local resorts and tour companies.
