We recently stayed at Mr. leen's condo (1 Bedroom). We were really surprised at how clean and up to date the Condo was, I was there with my wife and two of my boys- we had plenty of room with the boys sleeping in the bedroom and us taking the pull-out couch and Murthy Bed- we were very comfortable. My wife loved the washer /dryer -we had clean and dry clothes and towels the whole week. We were debating purchasing a vacation condo -a week stay in Myrtle convinced us it would be a good move.

What a great place to stay right on the beach. My son was playing baseball at the Ripken Exprerience and it was about 15 minutes away. It was also invaluable to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We hope to go back soon and I would not want to stay anywhere else! Thank Gerry, you were great checking on us to make sure we had what we needed~

My family and I had a grerat time at this resort and there was more than enough room for the six of us. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were a great extra oh yeah can't forget the Tiki bar!! We will mostlikely come back again next year unless theres more of us and we need a bigger unit. Thanks again :)

This is the third year our family comes to Myrtle Beach to spend a week's vacation at Gerry's excellent condo in the Paradise Resort. Every single aspect of the condo is perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and last but not least the great view to the ocean. Thank you Gerry and we'll come again!

The room was so cozy, my little boy thought that it was our new home! The view was absolutely georgous! Everything was there that we needed and it was very clean and organized. Hi Gerry, I really appreciate the great rate you offered us for the last minute booking. We stayed June 27 - July 3 and it was incredible. The condo was VERY nice and had everything we needed. Thank you again for getting the internet up and going! Your condo was plenty spacious enough for my family of 6. The only thing I would recommend would be more towels and washcloths. Perhaps 2 per guest, even if they were just cheaper ones than you have...which by the way were very soft and plush. The door entrance set-up was GREAT - it was really nice not to have to try to keep up with keys, and everyone could come and go without having to share a key. We would LOVE to come back again soon. We generally visit the beach 4-5 times a year, mostly in the off season on weekend getaways and once for a week in summer. I'll be contacting you soon I'm sure! Hi Gerry, Thanks again for a great deal this past week on the condo esp. for the 4th and week after! My sister and her 5 children had a wonderful time as did my husband and I! Everything was sparkling clean, thanks for the x-tra towels, and esp too all the necessary items in the kitchen for our meals! Air conditioner and fridge were cold when needed, wonderful being able to dry swim suits and towels everyday, lots of room for us and blankets on the beds in addition to regular sheets and spreads! Didn't mind at all sweeping with your sweeper and of course the dishwasher with 8 people was a time saver! Kids and husband enjoyed the lazy river while I enjoyed the hot, hot tub! Felt like home but so relaxing and carefree! Thanks again we needed a break from Ohio!!! John and Linda

We just returned from an amazing vacation in Myrtle Beach.Loved the place: perfect location, very clean, great view (watched storm Hanna from the balcony, what an experience!!!) We returned from our week in Myrtle Beach and had a wonderful time. The condo was great and everything was in order when we arrived and left. It was a much needed vacation for us. The timing seemed to be great too, not too many tourists/traffic the week we were there and checked out just as the labor day weekend vacationers were picking up. Again, what a nice place and the staff was helpful and friendly though we didn't have any issues that necessitated contacting them. The staff works hard at keeping the grounds and pool area clean! Keeping the little trailer we pulled in the lot across the street worked out well. Beautiful ocean view each morning!! Lots of things to do while Dave golfed in the World Am Tournament; only thing missing was the grandkids with my to play on the beach - will just have to make plans to return! Thanks again!

I was a little skeptical of utilizing an online rental resource for our first big family vacation. However, the Paradise Resort condo was everything the owner advertised it to be and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and in working order and made our vacation a truly memorable experience. It was simple to access the pool, lazy river, hot tub, or the ocean - whatever your preference. Shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions were plentiful and within walking distance. Broadway at the Beach is just a short drive away and was perfect with more shopping, dining, theaters, etc. There are plenty of activities indoors and outdoors - to satisfy everyone. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

At the last minute, I was able to find Gerry's condo available for our family vacation. It was perfect! Very clean and well equipped for a stress-free vacation. Overall I would say that the property was good. There was no suprises when we got there the staff was great and was very friendly. They was willing to help us out at anytime and smiled everytime we seen them. The parking garage was great you didnt have to worry about getting into your car and it being to hot. The room was great also. You have a wonderful veiw of the ocean and it was peaceful. I would take my family back there again.

We had a great time! My husband and I took our 3 kids, ages 6 and under and we had plenty of space. The condo was clean, had a fantastic view, and the washer and dryer in the room were great. We were pleased with the pool, lazy river, and afternoon entertainment by the poolside. We would come back again.

Wow, what a great place! We enjoyed our week on the beach with our sons, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. The place was great. Very clean and it had all the things you need for vacationing with a family. I loved the fact that we could wash the swim suits and towels everyday after swimming. The Lazy River was a favorite of ours! We will stay here again!

I'll start saying the owner, Gerry, is honest and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and spacious, with a great view to the ocean. The kitchen is very well endowed, there is a laundry combo on site, basically all comfort one has at home. We have spent an awesome week with our son and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, at the same time not far from the good range of entertainment in Myrtle Beach. Thanks Gerry, we'll come back!

We had a wonderful vacation experience at Paradise Resort, South Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort had all the amenities needed for our family of four. The lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor swimming pool were a true necessity! Our oceanfront unit had an amazing view of the coast and the staff was extremely friendly to us! There was always someone cleaning up around the pool area and the resort overall was very clean. The property owner was very communicative, professional, and accountable. Don't hesitate to book this property for your family vacation. We at at Angelo's Italian Restaurant two times. It is an italian buffet that was very kid friendly. Pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, tortellini, and lasagna are just a few options on the buffet. I am not a huge fan of "buffets" in general, but this one has waiters that serve you behind a glass window. You just pick your favorites and let them do the work! The Family Kingdom Amusement Park is a great place for all your family. There is something for everyone to do. I have a 2 and 4 year old and they were entertained for hours! You can buy an all day ticket and try to go early in the morning and back in the evening to beat the heat! I would reccommend this property to all my friends.

Love the location of the condo; right on the beach with the greatest views of the sunrise each morning (take advantage of the in-room coffee maker and enjoy it without having to leave your room). The condo had everything we needed---with a full kitchen there was no need to spend a lot of money on eating out! The Tiki Bar downstairs is very entertaining. If you need a good laugh, be sure to catch the nightly limbo contest! We had fun during our stay and will come again.

We were at your condo in May/08 and enjoyed it very much. The condo was very clean and had everything in it that we needed.We were very impressed with the staff who were constantly cleaning the pool area and staighting the lounges and chairs. They were extremely friendly and made us feel at home.Hope to be back in the fall.

we stayed in room 709 during the week of 4-12-08 and it was a very good time, the kids enjoyed themselves as did my wife and I. we thank you for the use of the room every thing was at our fingertips to use as for the kitchen, and that saves you money to eat in your room in the morning and lunch. The hotel is well equipped as with hot tubs pools, bar, and a tiki bar and a 2 pc band and karoke it was lots of fun. Again thank you

Well we had the month of February and still enjoyed the condo and resort as much as everyone else in the guestbook. The condo well equipped, kept spotless and we did not have to keep buying equipment for kitchen. Loved the pools of the resort and sitting on balcony every morning in the sun watching those waves come in. Resort very clean and staff very friendly.

Unit 709 has a beautiful view and plenty of space for at least 4-6 people. I stayed during the Labor Day weekend with a friend and her 2 teenage daughters. The double beds are firm but comfortable. Very important! I personally think I liked the Murphy bed the best! During the day there were 2 guys playing live music on the stage by the pool, and they were good! We had a great view of the fireworks at the 2nd Ave. pier from our balcony. The only small issue was the parking was a little scarce and cramped in the parking deck but that's not unusual, especially over a holiday weekend and at a popular resort. There is an additional parking lot across the street. Oh, also the bath tub is HUGE. I wish I had it at home! Gerry was a pleasure to do business with!

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Our stay at Paradise Resort #709 was great! The condo was very nice and clean, also well stocked. I would like to suggest having an electric broom or something similar to help keep sand cleaned up. I would recommend this condo to my friends.
