Great place to stay at a good price, was at a great location because it was the last condo on the beach and plenty of beach space and of course the awesome view of the beach. Great room on the second level that has parking access. Great stay at an affordable price!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This condo had a fantastic view and a great location! You are right on the beach and being on the second floor is very convenient! We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and the pier where they let of the amazing fireworks show is very close - we watched from our balcony and loved every minute. The majority of the condo is ok - not the nicest I've stayed at, but fine for the money. HOWEVER, there are a few things that need immediate attention. I agree with the last reviewer that the bed is AWFUL. It is a flimsy, cheap mattress...you can feel the springs easily when you lay down. You expect more from any rental. Also, the couch in the main room is NASTY. It is old and torn up. I did not even want to sit on it! These things truly should be replaced immediately. Next time, we will spend a little more money to stay in a nicer place.Owner response: Thank you for taking the time to review our vacation home. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing beachfront location and view. We are sorry that the mattress was uncomfortable. A good nights sleep is an important part of vacationing. Thanks to the input we have upgraded to a brand new ultra comfort pillowtop mattress. Actually the whole condo is slated for upgraded furnishings and renovations this fall but we did not want the bed to be a problem until then. We hope that you will choose to stay at our beachfront home again and enjoy the new bedding and other renovations.

Loved the location, convenient parking, etc. Would love to make it a regular place to stay if they made a couple of improvements: 1) the mattress needs replacing, it's one of those older cheap flat hard mattresses and not very comfortable 2) ridiculous that we had to provide paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper - how much would that cost and save a vacationer from packing or shopping for??? I have rented several homes and condos and all of the others provided these inexpensive items.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 9/10

My husband, our son (7) and I just stayed in this unit for 5 days. It has a beautiful view! The parking was super convenient. We were able to park on the 2nd level. The same level as the unit, so no dragging luggage up and down stairs or in and out of the elevators! We were very impressed with everything!! We highly recommend this unit!!! We will definitely be coming back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
