Bike or walk to the beach on shaded bike paths from this tastefully redecorated and well equipped private home in Shipyard Plantation. The expansive views of the golf course from the windows and decks of this home are spectacular. This two story home has hardwood flooring throughout the first floor and carpeting on the second floor. The entire first floor has been freshly painted and the living room has new modern furniture. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and private bath. The bathroom has cathedral ceilings, double sinks, a large tub and a separate shower for a spa like experience.
Another king bedroom and private bath are on the second floor. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. Both upstairs bedrooms share a nice size deck overlooking the lush landscaping and 7th hole of the Galleon course.
The living room has a new 42 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace. There is a blue-ray dvd connected to this television. In addition, each bedroom has a large TV with DVD and VHS included.
There are two stereos located on the first floor.
The expansive decking off the first floor also faces the golf course and is surrounded by tropical plantings to provide privacy. A gas grill is included for your cooking pleasure.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. The washer and dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.
This home is located on the end of Kingston Dunes Road. This means that there is no car traffic and you can enjoy a completely quiet vacation retreat. The bike path begins where the road ends so you have a wonderfully quick access to the beach from this house.
Crown Plaza Resort fitness and indoor pool membership is a big plus! Your family can enjoy these facilities from 7 am until 10 pm each day.

- Our home has three outdoor decks. One off the living room, the second off the second floor bedrooms, and the main deck features a covered porch with a large seating area and an uncovered deck with seating and a table with umbrella and six swivel armchairs.
