We have two prime locations at Vista Cay. One lakefront condo and one next to the clubhouse, and our Property Management is located on site! First our Tropicana Lakeview which is located on the third floor of building #6 with a large lanai overlooking Lake Cay. Sea Worlds tall rides are also visible in the distance along with their fireworks at night. It's only one building from the Clubhouse and Pool. It has two baths and three bedrooms which consist of One King bed in the Master Suite with it's own large bathroom that has a over sized bath tub, seperate shower and two sinks, one Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two Double beds in the third. All bedrooms have lake view and televisions! The Livingroom has a Queen sofa sleeper and a 42 inch LCD TV with cable and a DVD player. Last but not least the formal dining room which also makes a good meeting area. 2001sq ft in all!
Next our Clubhouse Cabana is a corner unit located on the second floor of building #8, which is great for privacy, and it's next to the Clubhouse. At the Clubhouse you'll find an excellent fitness room, game room, theater, internet library, meeting rooms, large resort style pool, and hot tub. From the Lanai you have a great view of the nicley landscaped fountain and flower garden area which leads up to the entrance of the Clubhouse. It has two baths, and three bedrooms containing one King bed in the Master Suite, one Queen bed ,and two singles, all have televisions. The Livingroom has a queen sofa sleeper and a 32 inch LCD TV with cable and a DVD player. 1247sq ft in all!
Both Condos are fully furnished and have wireless internet service.
Community Highlights include gated entrances and professionally designed landscaping. Take a trip to one of many amusement parks that surround Vista Cay. Distance from the condo: Sea World - 2 miles; Wet and Wild - 3 miles; Universal Islands of adventure - 4 miles; Disney - 7 miles; Premium Outlet Shopping - 5 miles; Shingle Creek Golf Course - across street; Belz Designer Outlet - 3 miles; Orlando Premium Outlet Mall - 6 miles; Mall of Millennia - 5 miles; Muvico 21 Movie Theater - 1 mile; City Walk - 4 miles.
To top everything off, Vista Cay is located next to the Orlando Convention Center on Lake Cay and only 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. We have a brand new Publix Grocery store next door along with a pizza shop, and take out Chinese food.

Why the Owner Chose Orlando
Orlando is one of our favorite vacation destinations as the weather is great and the amusement parks are never ending fun. We loved the beauty of the resort and it's convenient location in the city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our location could not be better. We have the Orlando Convention Center next door, Sea World is about 2mi away and you can see it from the resort, Wet and Wild is 3mi down our road, Universal Studio's is another mile past Wet and Wild, Disney is only 7 miles and we have loads of shopping and resteruants with in a mile or two of Vista Cay. The Clubhouse at Vista Cay is spectacular with a Theater, State of the art Fitness Room, Computer Cafe, Cocierge service, a great resort style Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and Sports Court.

We live in Traverse City Michigan. We have three children, two of which are in college and our only daughter is a Senior in High School. Our oldest is missing from this picture. We love to travel and found Orlando to be one of our favorite destinations! Vista Cay worked out perfect for us being in the center of shopping, amusement parks, restaurants, it's close to the airport and next door to the Orange County Convention Center! We love it!

We stayed at the Tropicana Lakeview, Vista Cay, during March 2010, and had a terrific vacation. The condo is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and club house were great for our four pre-teen and teen family members. We used the theatre room on a rainy afternoon and they all loved it. The location is very convenient for Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the outlet shopping. There are also plenty of restaurants within minutes and a grocery store. The owners were always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone. We certainly hope to return.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family was so please we chose Lit's Condo at Vista Cay. We stayed in the Tropicana Condo and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures on line do not do it justice. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The huge balcony overlooks the lake and we saw the Sea World fireworks from the balcony every night! All the applicances are first rate and conveniently located. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a large pantry too which was great! It is very well located to all the theme parks, Publix grocery store, take out restaurants, Walgreen's, airport and more The pool and clubhouse are very nice, well maintained and safe for kids. There is also a walking track around the lake which was just perfect for an early morning walk or run. The owners were very helpful and thoughtful. We were so impressed. We have recommended this Condo to all our friends and family. We had a great vacation and I would not hesitate to book this unit again. You will love this place!
