Our group has two elderly, three little kids, and myself. We all love this place. The view is great. The condo has everything and is very functional. The best of all was the manager Mike, he is very warm and takes care of every little thing. I highly recommend this place. Oh, there is a hidden local Japanese restaurant in the basement level (not the one on the lobby level) and it was real.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

A Home Away From Home

My husband, Daniel, and I are happy repeat visitors to PH302---in 2009 we spent three fabulous months here, and just returned from an equally lovely stay in February and March of 2012. Cynthia and her team are super friendly, prompt and professional. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The unit is clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen and baths are completely furnished---towels, pots and pans, even paper products and laundry detergent are ready for instant use. The views from this condo are outstanding!! Each day we woke up to Diamond Head and the sunrise, and each evening we enjoyed the setting sun over Waikiki. We even saw whales breach as they cruised the coastline, right from PH302's dining room windows. And Friday nights were extra special as we could watch both the sailboats and the fireworks display at Hilton Hawaiian Village, while sipping cocktails from the comfort of home. PH302 is away from the crowds, but close to everything else. Two nearby restaurants deserve a special plug: Choco House, a hole-in-the-wall Japanese restaurant with melt-in-your-mouth poke, is just downstairs. And Wailana Coffee House, only two blocks away, serves coconut pancakes that are out of this world good. Each day in PH302 was as beautiful as the day before. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home in Waikiki. LLP

We were two couples looking for a condo to stay in during our 2-weeks in Oahu, So, it needed to have some space, 2 bdrms, 2 baths, a nice view, a kitchen, pool, and BBQ. We found this one on the internet and saw the views and how close it was to everything and contacted Cynthia. She was outstanding and we have never received such wonderful customer service!! There is nothing that can prepare you for the views you are going to see when you walk into this condo!!!! You watch the sunrise over Diamond Head and you watch the sunset over Waikiki.........it is awesome!!!! The condo was very clean, well maintained, with comfortable furniture, a great kitchen with everything, a BBQ and pool on the 6th floor (condo is on the 41st floor!). This condo is within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants and shopping. Garage parking is right there and little shops and a small convenience store right there too. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone I see!!! We loved our 2 weeks and did not want to leave. Thank you so much for a perfect home while on vacation. We will be back!!!! Deciding to stay at this condo was perhaps the best choice we made for our Hawaiian Vacation. Cynthia was wonderful and very easy to work with, not to mention efficient and accommodating! Mike the property manager was also very polite and informative and made us feel very comfortable in the condo. Every part of this place was great. The views are even more breathtaking than the photos on the website. This is especially true of the master bedroom where you can see the ocean and all of Diamond Head. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and I was sad to leave to leave it!! The kitchen has plenty of dishes which I didn't mind washing because the window over the sink has gorgeous views of the ocean! Full refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Towels were plentiful in the bathrooms, and the washer and dryer worked well. Wi-fi was also fast and easy to set up, and there's plenty of channels on the TV. Parking was easy at the building, costing us only $16/day. There's a little convenience store and sushi place in the lobby, and ABC stores are only 1-2 blocks away. We walked to the beach everyday and down into the heart of Waikiki without problems. It is also right near the canal, and we took full advantage of this by planning our daily jogging sessions there! I can't recommend this condo enough. If you want to have an incredibly relaxing stay without worry, this is the place to do it. We have already agreed that we will stay here again when we come next year.

I rented this unit for close to 10 months while on business and it felt like home. The pub down stairs is a great little hole in the wall with $5 pizza and beer and plenty of big screen TVs for the sports fan with live music through the week. A great little french inspired restaurant that has one of the best breakfasts around is in the lobby and a great Sunday stop. The pool area is well kept and there is a BBQ for those who want to cook while in paradise? The unit is really big and would be great for a large family with every thing you could possibly need, washer, dryer, kitchen. The location is perfect for the shopper, beach goer, and partier..... As for the view, it will take your breath away the second you walk through the door. You will brag about it for the rest of your life! Parking in Waikiki is expensive everywhere you go but the lot here was half the price as places right across the street. If i had to do it over again (and i will) this is where i would stay. JP

We rented this unit for the month of March. The view from every room is incredible!!! The unit has ample space. The bedrooms are large and the common area is ample. The kitchen is fully equipt with excellent appliances. The location, while not on the beach, is excellent. You can easily walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center. You're also located about a mile from Sam's and Walmart. The Convention Center is only a few blocks away. Beaches are within easy walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed ourselves at this location. This was our fourth trip to Oahu and thanks to this condo it was are best. Thanks again to Mike for getting us settled in so quickly as we were travelling with a disabled person who was having difficulties. See you again. Marty and Karen

My family was so lucky to stay at the penthouse for New Year's 2009. We welcomed in 2010 in style. There was absolutely nothing missing. The condo was furnished with everything we needed + several extras. Everyone was very attentive to us having a good time. It's a beautiful location - easy walk to Waikiki, shopping, restaurants. We loved every minute and hope to return!

A great place to stay. Has a great view. Very well furnished and clean. Close to stores and great eatries. Quiet. It is certainly worth the stay. The write up is honest with no surprises. The owners and staff were 12/10. We would stay again, if the opportunity occured. "A "must" to see and enjoy.

We had an amazing time on our recent trip to Hawaii and it was made all the better by staying at this beautiful Penthouse. The view from the lounge & kitchen is stunning and provided a great vantage point for the friday fireworks! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants & shops easily from the building and found the Penthouse clean, spacious & well equipped. Cynthia and Michael were a joy to deal with & we will definitely stay here again as soon as we can return to the beautiful island of Oahu.

We definitely made the right choice in choosing this Penthouse for our recent stay on Oahu. The Penthouse was spacious, clean & well equipped for our stay. Waking up to the beautiful view from the lounge/kitchen out over Diamond Head & the beach was amazing, & watching it change into the glimmering lights of nighttime Waikiki while sipping on a home-made Dacquiri was fantastic! Only a few blocks from the ocean, we were able to stroll down along the beach & into the shopping district with ease every day, and heading up to the north & east shores was easily done by bus. We had such a great time on Oahu & this penthouse made it all the better. Cynthia and Michael were an absolute joy to deal with and were more than willing to help out if we needed anything at all. If there had been a way for us to stay (and believe me we brainstormed it, but immigration control kept getting in our way), we would have barricaded ourselves in to this great Penthouse & never gone home! Alas, we had to leave. But one day we will return, and when we do we will know exactly where to stay! Mahalo, Lachlan, Kass, Jane & Simon.

We enjoyed every minute in this nice penthouse appartment. What a nice and breathtaking view of Waikiki and the surrounding area. Everything is within walking distance (if you like to walk). Have stayed in PH 302 four years now. It has recently been refurbished and is in great, clean shape with every amenity. The agent is caring and responsive to all requests. We love the views and never tire of looking at the Ala Wai canal and the Ocean. Friday night Fireworks are spectacular!

this 41st fllor unit is breathtaking in views of Waikiki. The interior finished are super and allow you to relax when you need to get out of the "perfect' sun of Hawaii. You are close to everything you need for shopping goods either by walking 5 or 10 minutes or by a short $2 bus ride. This is a great place for two couples to share time away yet have your own privacy when you need it. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and tv. This unit will not disappoint you is our predication. Our first stay in 2008 is bringing us back for 2009. This place is awesome as is the owner. You will not be disappointed. Great views of all of Waikiki. Close enough to everything, yet secluded enough for relaxation. The unit has all you will every need, very well finished. You won't need a car if you are not doing lots of siteseeing. You can walk to all the shopping you need, restaurants, nite life and the beaches are as close as a 5 minute stroll. Great Value! Love it!
