Located in the Recoleta neighborhood - considered to be the most elegant and vibrant area of Buenos Aires - this ultra luxury apartment is just 2 blocks from Recoleta Village. The location of the apartment is one of the best in the city. There are many restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks in the area.
The interiors are both classy and elegant. It is very spacious with over 1725 square feet (160 square meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on a higher floor. It features a clean and contemporary décor. The apartment has its own private entryway off the elevator for maximum privacy and the elevator can be locked to prevent access.
The apartment has been completely renovated. It has a balcony with a tranquil view. All three bedrooms also have their own balconies. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment.
This is one of the largest luxury apartments on the rental market in Buenos Aires. It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third presents the option of either a King size or two twin beds. All mattresses are Four Seasons Presidential suite mattresses. There is a totally renovated master bathroom with marble throughout the bathroom. There are also full bathrooms near the bedrooms and business centre as well as an additional guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.
The business center has a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. There is a USA phone with a New York City number and you can make and receive unlimited complimentary calls to the USA/Canada. Also, your friends/family members/business associates only need to call a NYC number and they can reach you in Buenos Aires with NO international long-distance charges. The business center has its own full bathroom.
