This All NEW Condo is located on the second level of a private eight unit complex. It is equipped with all the comforts of home, and it's only one-half block from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This is Home Away from Home.
The living room features a beautiful micro fiber sofa and love seat, a cocktail table that is feet friendly, a 30" flat screen TV with cable, a DVD/CD/MP3 player. The kitchen/dining area has granite counters, new stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker; flat top stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal; dining table that seats four, with extra seating at the bar. You can prepare your own meals, if you are not interested in cooking, take in one of the many nearby restaurants; or pick up the phone and order a pizza, local calls are free.
The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a private bath, king-size bed, a large mirrored dresser, dual night stands, lamp, telephone, AM/FM radio/alarm clock. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, large mirrored dresser, comfortable micro fiber chair with ottoman, night stand, lamp, AM/FM radio alarm clock. The third bedroom has one queen and one twin bed, a night stand, television, and DVD player.
For your convenience, a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are all provided (just like home!). Enjoy an early morning or late evening swim in the swimming pool; the pool is never crowded, since the condo complex has only eight (8) units.
Activities nearby: Enjoy fireworks over the Bay on Friday nights during the summer months. For the kids, Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park is minutes away, as well as Three Flags Over Padre with miniature golf, bungee jumping and go-carts, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Parasailing, and Jet Skiing are all nearby. Visit the Dolphin and Nature Research Center or take a trip to the Gladys Porter zoo.
Don't forget your passport - gold, silver, leather, and pottery bargains are just over the border in Matamoros, Mexico, just 25 minutes away.
