Litchfield By the Sea ("LBTS") is an exclusive gated community with amenities for a variety of interests. You can enjoy the walking/biking trails, play a game of tennis on one of eight courts, swim in one of the many pools including the new lazy river resort waterpark or relax on the private access white sandy beach.
The resort has a strict no pet policy so please plan on making other arrangements for your furry friends.
The golf enthusiasts can play on one of the 15+ Championship golf courses within miles of the Litchfield or Pawleys area such as Litchfield Country Club, Willbrook, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation.
This newly updated 3BR condo has one king with a day bed and private screened porch (upstairs master suite #1), two full size beds with access to the screened porch (downstairs master suite #2) and two single beds with adjoining bathroom(BR #3). The condo is located within the gates of Litchfield; go throught the gates and take an immediate right and take first left into Lakeside condo area. It is located on the lake and the beach is on the opposite side of the lake approximately 1/4 mile away.
LBTS is an ideal vacation spot for families with small children or anyone not wanting to "rough it" because there are bathroom and outdoor shower facilities at the Litchfield Beach Club. Just park your car in the large oceanside parking area and walk directly to the beachfront decking area.
Beware: Once you visit LBTS you will be "spoiled" by the amenities and anxious to return to our Litchfield Shangri La! We look forward to having you as our guests!

Why the Owner Chose Litchfield By The Sea
My husband Kevin and I have been visiting Litchfield By the Sea (LBTS) since 1990. We decided purchase a condo when a realtor friend called and told us a 3BR/3Bath unit was available in one of the larger Lakeside properties and it was priced competitively. The properties were in such demand that we had to make an offer; at list price, on the same day it was originally listed or lose the opportunity! We are both extremely busy with work and family obligations and knew we would not have tons of free time to enjoy our condo so we decided to rent the condo through the Litchfield Property Management company. We have added a number of finishing touches such as paint and the "comforts of home" to make our guests feel they are at home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Whether you are on the screen porch from the family room or on the screened porch off the master bedroom, there is such a sense of tranquility and peace to be found when looking out over the Lake through the green foliage. Whether on the open green areas surrounding the condo or the white sandy beach, we have enjoyed many hours of competitive bocce ball and hacky sack games. The beach facilities of showers and restrooms cannot be fully appreciated until you stay at a facility that has nothing to offer. Once you stay Litchfield Shangri-La we are sure you will also make it a vacation spot for many years to come.
