    My husband and I enjoyed our stay so very much. The Seychelles is a really nice complex and the staff are very helpful. Kristi, the owner of this unit is great to deal with, she even called to see if all was well. The weather was better than average for the month and we were able to enjoy the outside heated pool in Jan. and of course the hot tub was always enjoyable, and well maintained. The unit is comfortable and clean. We loved sitting out on the balcony almost daily, then at sunset, Schooners Restraurant next door would shoot off a cannon...End of the day & let the fun begin!!! We enjoyed several of the local restraurants, Pineapple Willy's comes to mind. Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart are less than 10 mins. away. We made use of the exersize room and walking in the area felt safe. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

    Everything was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The 7th floor location was perfect and we would love to stay here again! Loved the location also!

    Seychelles 708 was a wonderful choice for our vacation. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. The property & unit were clean. We loved its location. Easy to find restaurants, shopping and relaxation. Schooners being next door is a definite plus. The owners were very responsive -- answered all my questions, including finding out the Beach Service attendent's name and number. I would recommend this property to everyone.

    This condo is exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with and made the reservation process painless. The location of the condo is wonderful, and the view from the balcony is priceless! This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends (in fact I already have). I am already looking forward to my next trip here.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    We have been coming to beach for 28+ years. We have stayed many places. In my search for a place to stay (actually looking for a different resort) I was able to find this beautiful condo. It is beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the gulf. Also, conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and in order which made our vacation enjoyable. I liked the security measures of this resort. A very friendly place to stay. And the owners are wonderful to work with when booking your reservations. We will return!!

    My husband and I along with my 4 year old and 14 year old stayed here the week before the 4th of July. We usually stay closer down toward peir park but decided on Seychelles since it was so close to the beautiful St. Andrews State park Jettie, a must if you visit Panama City beach. First, the condo was very nice, great decorations and very soft shag carpet we loved! 6th floor, so not too high! Also Seychelles is half the size of the larger condo's so the two pools were never over crowded. Elevators were fast, and while you laid out by the pool you could listen to the music/bands at Schooners or even walk over and grab a pina colada! Condo is also close to the marina and alot of local favorite oyster/crab seafood restaurants. I could get to everything I needed without being stuck on the 'main drag' traffic. We loved it! Thanks Kristi for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    The condo was just beautiful, awesome view and great location next to Schooners! VERY clean and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possible need. Great communication with the owners. Hope to rent this one again soon!

    We had a wonderful weekend staying at this Seychelles condo. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The owners were great and we hope to stay here again on our next trip.

    We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2010 and it was great. What you see in the pictures is really what you're getting! It's beautiful! Everything was perfect....the bed, the kitchen (which had everything you'd need), it was clean, and the view was awesome!!! My family and I will for sure be back!

    We stayed here at Seychelles in this unit and the pictures were exactly the way it was. It was a great place to stay. The bed in the master was wonderful. You usually get beds that are not comfortable when you stay at a place like this but this one was great. Will return. IT WAS GREAT !!

    Had a wonderful stay in PCB. This unit`s kitchen was very well equip for our home away from home. Would certainly rent from this owner again.
