  great place to stay close to alot of beaches to surf places to eat and bars to hang out at . it is very clean and the price is right .this is our second year in the house . thanks bobby and pat great job hope to get a group together next year thanks again jim

  I had a chance to stay here with a few friends and everything was perfect. The place is huge and I never felt cramped.... huge kitchen, big living room and back porch area and even a front lanai. Also a back yard that ramps up higher than the house itself as it sits on a hill. I could see the waves from the balcony and it was only a short walk (15 min) through a wooded trail to get down to Domes for a surf. Up the street was walkable to get to the local breakfast / food spot but would recommend having a rental car... parking was available too. I had to do work while I was there and there was free Wi-Fi. It only went out once for a half hour or so but that's a local cable company issue, not the modem or router.

  We just came back from our stay at El Mirador. I’ve gotta say that the pictures don’t do the place justice. We stayed in the upper unit and it was quite spacious. Oh and the kitchen was HUGE! The unit also has a big outdoor hangout area in the back of the house with a wet bar, gas grill and outdoor seating. The place looked like it was recently renovated and the owner did a nice job. Speaking of the owner, Bobby is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever deal with. Both him and his house manager were available to me before we arrived and during my stay there. The place was close to the beach and everything was just a short drive away. We look forward to coming back.

  Just love El Mirador Villa!! Views from every angle are awesome! I've had a chance to stay in both units and they are great!! Both units are very spacious with amazing kitchens, relaxing living rooms and comfortable bedrooms. Can't wait to return :)

  As the new owners of the El Mirador Villa, we would like to invite you to come and see all the new changes we have made to the home! After purchasing the home in April 2009, we cosmetically updated all of the rooms, from ceiling fans to linens, window dressings and furniture.   One look at this Oceaniew Villa and I immediately feel in love with the property, even though it was a diamond in the rough, I knew it had great potential. I immediately gutted the inside, cleared the land and began to transform this jewel into a vision of Paradise. I completely remodeled the inside, tore out the windows, replumbed the pipes, fixed the electrical & added all the modern conviences that make a vacation property feel like home. Through the years I have taken great pride in continously adding new creature features and plants in the yard that carry the Tropical feeling. I hope you too! will appreciate the feeling you get when you step inside the "El Mirador Guesthouse" and during your stay, witness the same soothing feeling that I get every time I visit this wonderful property. I welcome you to the "Island of Enchantment" in the little corner of Paradise called, "Rincon", breath in the ambiance and enjoy your stay! Please feel free to add your comments so I can continue to expand and offer my guests the best vacation experience possible.
