Paradise Place is a 1600 sq. ft. waterfront home off the main road, Estero Boulevard. It features a very large and lovely wrap around deck, relaxing views of Estero Bay and the canal, a private heated pool, and a usable covered boat dock with lift. (Please inquire regarding fees and weight limits.)
This fantastic waterfront getaway is located on the south end of the island just down the street form the gorgeous sugar white sandy beach.(6 min. walk) Public beach access is located nearby for easy access to fine sand, cool blue waters and great Florida sun.
Enjoy a home cooked meal with an updated, fully equipped kitchen. Choose to eat in the kitchen, a dining area with room to seat eight, or outside on the spacious screened deck while enjoying the Bay views. The relaxing living room has vaulted ceilings and fully opening sliders onto the deck so you can enjoy the weather as well as the view! It also includes a large TV with DVD and stereo for your entertainment pleasure.
From the wrap around deck, just descend to relax poolside. Sunbathe poolside on several lounge chairs, or take a dip in the heated pool. Beach towels, beach chairs, and pool accessories are provided.
Enjoy the comforts of home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath, large walk-in closet, TV with cable, ceiling fan and sliders opening onto the deck. The windows overlook the canal and garden. It is decorated in the "tropical palm" motif.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet space, ceiling fan and a "garden" decor. The third bedroom is decorated in a "dolphin/starfish" theme with two twin beds, TV with cable and ceiling fan. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom off the main hallway.

My husband and I moved to Fort Myers Beach after falling in love with the beaches, the sunsets, the birds life, the people and the island feeling. After two short years we moved to the East Coast of Florida but could not give up our house. We loved that the house was on the canal with dolphins and manatees swimming by, on a quiet street and yet just a five minute walk to an incredible beach. So, we decided to rent it. We have lived all over the country; Virginia, Connecticut, New York, Chicago and Northern California (Germany too) loving all our homes but we hope to retire one day back on Fort Myers Beach! In the meantime we hope all our guest enjoy their stay.

We enjoyed our stay in paradise very much. The house was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The location was great---a short walk to a beautiful beach with great shelling! A nice grocery store, pharmacy, hair salon, and restaurants were just a short drive. The pool and decks/patio offered a variety of outdoor space. The only negative would be if you have an issue with stairs---up to the house and down to the pool. It was really nice that we could bring our two small dogs. Highly recommended!!

We rented this house for our family vacation and it was the best vacation ever. It was way more than we expected. The owners have been a pleasure to deal with. We loved fishing in the canal, swimming in the pool, and the beach was a short walk away! Parasailing is a must! My 14 and 4 year old loved it. Good Time Charters has a very reasonable Dolphin and shelling tour, they also have a fun Everglades adventure with an airboat ride! We rented a boat at Snook Bight Marina for the day and that was very relaxing and fun. Sanibel Island is also a great way to spend the day! I would recommend this house to anyone! It's beautiful, great location and very clean! The sunrise over the bay off the deck is also a must! Thank you so much for renting us your house for the week. The only disappointing thing about the house was leaving it! We will definitely be back next year! :)

Our stay at The Paradise Place was "AMAZING"!!! We felt like We were at home! It is VERY CLEAN and Maintained!! The Kitchen had everything you need. The wrap around deck is great, and the GRILL in my husbands favorite! The pool was great :) and overlooks the canel.. 10 min walk to Ft. Myers Beach is great and clean :) And Publix grocery store just a mile up the road.. 7- eleven is walking distance. I enjoyed waking up for the sunrise's @ 7 a.m. and a nice morning walk on the beach! And you can cut through the parking lot at Outrigger's.. Very quiet Neighborhood was great and peaceful. If you want to take a drive to other area's there not far away :) I would have to say for shelling Santibel/Captiva area they do charge $6.00 to get on the island and $2.00 for parking per hr! but well worth it.. Fort Myers Beach is great for hangin around.. Great Restaurants within a few miles may I suggest 2 of them : The Beached Whale and Nervous Nellies :) We left a business card for those who would like to cab it for an evening, traffic gets kind of congested in the evening and they charge a flat fee :) If you want to take a morning cruise/Buffet or a Evening cruise check out The Big M Casino for more information. We left a coupon in the drawer on refrig side farthest drawer has alot of information in it.. but can be used with 4 people per coupon. Found coupons and Brochures at information center at Time Square and is also a fun place to walk around. Lots of shops :))) I hope I gave you enough info :) We definitely will be back again soon!! :))

We stayed at Paradise Place for a week at the end of March. The home is VERY well maintained - nice sized bedrooms/bathrooms and VERY clean. The best features of the home are the wrap-around porch and the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful - we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Paradise Place for a week in March and had a wonderful time. The wrap around porch is a huge plus. We had the slidders open our entire stay and had no need for the A/C! The house is located on a quiet cul de sac with a short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful too! The house is well stocked with anything you might need!

A Good Family Beach House

We stayed here for 3 weeks in March 2011. This home is a comfortable family beach house. Using the pool was a treat after a day at the beach. We spent a lot of our time on the wrap-around screened porch where we read, ate breakfast, grilled and had dinner on the dining table. The 3 bedrooms are generously sized and the TV room is comfortable for a group of people. The pool/patio area is screened in which was great for our dog. It's only a 10 minute walk to the beach from this home and only a 10 minute drive to Doggy Beach, where we went every day with our Poodle. Santini Plaza is fun for shopping with great restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The owners were very attentive to our questions and the home was very clean. It's at the end of a cul de sac, so there is virtually no traffic on the street. We would recommend this home to families and families with a dog.

Huge Pool.Real nice views of the Bay. We watched flocks of Pelicans fly around Mangrove Islands from the Living Room. Waterfront on a canal with just a short walk to the Beach.This Home is much nicer than the pictures. This was our 2nd stay. We will be back. It`s on a quiet street but close to to everything. CVS a few blocks South. Publix less than a mile North. Lots of Good Shops & Restaurants nearby, many of them Pet Friendly. Skyes is Good for breakfast & lunch. Nervous Nellies was excellent for lunch & dinner, Both Pet Friendly.Sanibel Island & Naples make Great Day Trips, Again many Pet Friendly shops & Restaurants. The Sanibel Island Chamber of Commerce was very helpful. We would recommend this Home to Lovers, all Families with young or older kids.There is as Much or as Little as You want to Do. Para-sailing, jet skis, Air boat tours of the Everglades,Great Beaches, Shelling, Bird Watching, Kayaking, Boating, Fishing, Shopping & Good Food.

What a wonderful house! A great place for kids, dogs and adults with lots of activities close by. We especially appreciated the dog area and the dock. For those with boats, very easy access to the waterway. Beautiful pool. Wonderful owners also. Can't wait to stay here again!

Paradise Place is great, everything you need. Nathalie also has a portable crib and highchair, which was nice not having to bring that stuff with us. The location of the house is really nice. Just far enough away from busy Estero, yet convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Nathalie is great to work with and she responds very promptly to any questions you may have. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!
