Welcome to Sailor's Rest, a beautiful beachside home, fully furnished and tastefully decorated to make your Daytona getaway unforgettable. Everything in this home is kept BRAND NEW through regular updates. Conveniently located one block from the beautiful Atlantic ocean, you will have easy access to the beach with a marked and lighted pedestrian crosswalk, or if you prefer to drive on the "World's Most Famous Beach", access is directly across A1A.
Bel-Air Plaza is only two blocks to the north, providing you with a large grocery store as well as other shopping areas, and many restaurants...all within walking distance. The large double lot that this home is situated on allows more than ample outdoor space right at your own front door. The huge backyard is shady and inviting for children of all ages, and the two car garage with remote access provides plenty of dry, secure parking for your cars, motorcycles, or those special hot rods.
As soon as you walk through the front door, you will find yourself feeling right at home in this immaculate beachside beauty. 1700+ sq ft of living space will allow everyone to relax and forget the cares of the everyday world. The great room and kitchen/dining areas provide enough comfortable seating for everyone in your group, while the four spacious bedrooms allow everyone to have their own private retreat. The Unique Benefits at this House
Daytona has always been our favorite escape....we go to enjoy some of the events, or sometimes to just get away from everything. As we cross the river to the beachside area, I can feel all the everyday stress and worry just melt away. We chose to purchase our vacation home with plans to retire as full-time "beach bums" one day. Until then, we are happy to share Sailor's Rest with other families that are looking for a great beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time at your place. It was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing to your place, everyone that was staying in hotels were jealous of us and all of them said that they would of rented a house instead of the hotel. Your place was nice and quiet and not far from all the fun places down on main street.
