Great Family Vacation

Our family of 9, (5 adults + 4 children) just spent a week at the beach in this great townhouse. My husband and I spent alot of time relaxing on the deck watching the kids and grandkids playing on the beach. The screened in porch was perfect for enjoying our coffee and watching it rain. Walking right off the deck onto the sand was what we were looking for in a beach house, along with the beautiful view of the gulf. The outside shower was a plus! We had plenty of room in the four bedrooms and the grandkids loved the bunkroom. The owner, Faye was so nice and a joy to rent from. She was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Our favorite restaurants and a must during your stay is Boon Docks and Pineapple Willy's! I would definately recommend this home for your next vacation. We felt right at home!

Our family enjoyed our vacation at your place! Loved, loved being able to step out of the house on to the sand! The shower outside was extremely useful washing away sand before entering the house. We had plenty of room for my children and grands--good vacation place and very nice people to work with!

The location of this property is great if you are looking to get away from the crowds. It is a quieter part of the beach and you can walk right onto the beach from the townhouse. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owners were great to work with. I loved the fact that there were two grocery store chains within a mile of the townhouse. Very easy to do quick shopping trips.

The location of the condo was exceptional. A peaceful and quiet part of the beach -- not surrounded by high rises or mobbed by too many people. It was just what my group needed. The house is well-stocked with everything that you could need for your beach week and there are two grocery stores less than a mile away. The owners could not have been nicer before, during, and after the vacation.

Our family stayed here July 5-12, 2009. We had six adults and 3 children and all had great time here. It was just like being in your own home. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The views of the beach from the decks were awesome! The owners of the home were so nice, very lovely people to rent from. Restuarants and all the fun attractions were close by, but how could you leave the beautiful beach? I definitely recommend this home for your next vacation. We will be back!

The beach house was terrific. The kitchen had a nice selection to choose from. It was a short walk down the steps onto our spot on the beach. It was homey, roomey and served 8 of us really well (2 kids included). We hope to come back next year! The price was so reasonable for the value we got!

This place was wonderful & so was the owner. I noticed another guest commented that a burner didn't work on the stove, but I wonder if they brought it to the owner's attention? We had a tub drain & stove problem and they were fixed immediately after we called the owner. My family & I really enjoyed the screened in porch and great decks upstairs and down. And this place is ON THE BEACH! The beach was beautiful too - and not crowded at all. If you'd like to see some of my vacation pictures, just send me an email! Love this place, hope to go back soon.

Owner response:We've been fortunate to have great renters and when we know if there is a problem like Jennifer said we try to correct it. The tub drain problem was fixed and now there is a brand new stove in the kitchen. Come again when y'all can Jennifer!

We stayed here last April and was great. The beach right out your back door the 4 bedrooms are a plus. I love to cook so i would have loved to have a stove that all burners worked,. Other that this we would love to stay here again. It is nice for a faimly and for them to take a friend so they stay our of moms "beach time"

Our stay at your townhouse was very enjoyable and relaxing. We felt right at home and would love to stay again. We loved the hardwoods floors, the covered parking,and let's not forget the beach !!! The views the sounds the wind the sand the ocean ALL OF IT was GREAT !!! After a long day of shell searching it was great to take a few steps and be home.
