Plenty of room between neighbors, very private, corner lot. Beautiful western themed city park across the street, and within 3 miles of huge outlet shopping mall, restaurants, and conveniance stores.

Close and easy access points for 215 and 15 freeways. This neighborhood is a true gem in the desert in what is fast becoming overdeveloped city. Because of its location, almost all traffic can be avoided going to and from the strip.

  • We stayed here in early November. House manager was very good to work with, and the home was beautiful. The bathrooms were excellent, as were the bedrooms/bedding... Very clean upon arrival. Also very close to everything, but not so close as to be busy. The park accross the street looked very nice, although we never ventured over. Very much enjoyed our stay.

  • We were EXTREMELY pleased with this vacation home. There were 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 2 and the home was very accommodating. Very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and we really enjoyed the decor. It was a great place for us to enjoy our family. In a good location. Approximately 10 minutes from the strip. We loved the showers (multiple shower heads) and the beds were very soft and plush. Extremely clean and appreciated that it is a non-smoking house. We plan on returning at least annually.

  • By far the most relaxing time we have had in Vegas and it was all due to the beautiful home that accommodated our every need not to mention a perfect location, we didn't miss a thing not being on the strip! Best trip to Vegas yet and it was all thanks to the spectacular house! Can’t wait to enjoy it again!
