Absolutely wonderful home, Close to everything... nice neighborhood... Lots of nice areas to walk around, easily found and love the fact that it was close to a park. Looking forward to going back... quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors

Great Family Oasis Off The Strip

We are a family of 5 and we rented this house for 12 days over Christmas and New Years. The house and amenities were perfect and met our expectations. The house is very luxurious and is definately upscale. It is very conveniently located several minutes off the south of the strip. The pool is spectacular and the outdoor hot tub was a welcome feature after long days walking the strip. I have rented vacation homes in the past and found the owner to be extremely helpful and I hope to return in the summer months sometime to truly enjoy the pool to its full extent.

This place worked out perfectly for our family of four. We like to cook and the kitchen was very nice. The bedrooms and living room was very nicely furnished. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house that makes you feel like you are at home. It is also very conveniently located to all of the places you go to Vegas to see and do.

Awesome Vacation Home

First, I want to thank JP for letting us stay in his beautiful home. It was about 10 minutes to the strip and VERY easy to find. It is also very secluded. JP drove down and personally gave us a tour of the property early and i was in AWE. The kitchen was my favorite location in the house. There were 3 couples staying in the home and everyone had their own space in the kitchen. We were not falling all over each other. It was AWESOME! The bedrooms was very separate and we had our privacy. It was November and we paid for the heated pool and jacuzzi. The equipment was switched somehow and the jacuzzi wasn't getting hot. JP, who was on his vacation at the time, made sure to call me back and give me the instructions to get the jacuzzi working. He also allowed us to rent the big fight that was in Vegas that weekend on Dish Network. Most owners wouldn't let you make orders on their account. We had a blast that night. We are planning on coming back to Vegas in 2012 and will make sure to stay in this home again. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Las Vegas. We had a great stay at this vacation home. It is very comfortable, affordable, and in a nice location very close to the highway, We had a family gathering at the home. People really loved the home, hot tub, and the game room in the garage, The best part of the process was dealing with the wonderful owner of the home. Everything was very easy, and I appreciated the smooth process. We will be return customers for sure!! Thank you JP!

10 year vow renewal

My husband and I had our vow renewal on this property. The backyard was a beautiful setting and we were even permitted to decorate the patio for the ceremony. We had a great weekend celebrating with family and friends. The interior of the home is luxurious but still comfortable and inviting. The owner was very accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend this property.

Hi JP, Thanks to the detail you supplied in our dealings when setting up the reservation for this property; there were no unexpected surprises. Its hard selecting rentals online because you never really know what you're going to get. this property was exactly what we were hoping for, even better! The pool was very relaxing and clean. I loved the added touch of the lawn and fruit trees. I could go on and on, in short it was perfect, Thank you!

I've been renting houses/condos for years for family vacations. This one was probably the best ever. Great location, 5 minutes from the Strip. This is not decorated in the cheap decor most house rentals follow...beautiful furnishings, tile, art work, comfy beds, great linens....as I told the owner, JP, who is wonderful with answering questions, I would move into this house! Pool is fabulous and everything you need is supplied. Viking appliances in the kitchen made me want to cook more! You can't go wrong with this house, especially if travelling with friends....the bedrooms are big, with comfortable seating in each as well as the beds! All rentals should strive to be as good as this house!
