  This vacation rental was wonderful. Beautiful house and an even nicer pool. 9 of us stayed for 5 nights and there was lots of room. Close enough to the strip, shopping and airport that its not a hassle to get there, but far enough away from all the crowds. JP was fantastic. We had a few minor problems at checkin, but we got ahold of him right away and he prompty addressed them. Would/ will definietly use this property again!

  The owner did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as he could. Was always able to reach him with any questions. I love the location, not far from the strip. The park next to the property is BEAUTIFUL. The beds very comfortable and the showers were great. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Vegas I would think about staying here again.

  We had a great family vacation with extended family too! Nice place, clean, very stylish and modern! Great location from the Las Vegas Strip. Just a few miles off the strip and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as we expected and photos accurately reflected the amenities. Would have liked to see more of the bathroom when reviewing it. The baths were better than the picture!! About one mile from shopping and grocery stores. Park nearby. Definately would come back to this location! Thanks Mr. Owner! =)

  Very nice property easily accessible to the Vegas Strip. The property was well maintained and very clean. Would definitely consider renting this property again when visiting Las Vegas.

  We (my husband, two grown daughters, their husbands and our three grandchildren, ages 7, 4 and 10 months) stayed here for eight days. This home had plenty of room for a great family vacation, with enough private space and large spaces for us all to be together. We all enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool. This home is beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds, quality linens and towels. We were all impressed with how clean and well maintained the home is. The location is great, close to freeways, the airport, and the Strip. J.P. was readily available by phone for any questions we had, but he has the whole place set up so well with instructions that we did not really need much. There is plenty of parking and a nice pool table in the garage. We had a wonderful stay!

  We were a party of four & stayed in this property for three weeks in June/July. Fantastic customer service from John Paul right from initial contact through to any questions or requests we had during our stay, he really could not have been more helpful. A lovely sized property on a large plot which is unusual in our experience of renting in Vegas, it is very close to the Strip, the 215 & easy to get around from. The pool & hot tub were fantastic & we all used them daily (we did pay to have the pool heated, not that it was cold, just that we preferred it to be a bit warmer, the rates were very reasonable in comparison to the charges some owners make) It was nice to have a garden with some shade & space & we had peacocks & humming birds pay as a visit several times :-) The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. All in all a wonderful rental experience only really marred by the next renters trying to enter the property earlier than agreed, this was however totally out of the owners control. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental property to anyone wanting to be close enough to the action in Vegas without staying on the strip.

  Each year we spend our 14 days vacation in summer in vegas. This year was the first time we stayed in this villa. The property is excellent, nothing more to say. The drive to the strip is less than about 5 min., all photos reflect the the appearance and amenities , the pool is hugh. the property was very clean and if we had any questions John Paul answered immediately and helped with any questions. We will book our next stay immediately. it´s a great pleasure to stay in this villa. susanne

  I arrived to find a few things that needed to be addressed, I was able to reach JP immediately and he was able to address the issues promptly. The place was beautiful, well kept and the pool was just perfect. I celebrated my 40th birthday with friends and family and there was not a thing that I did not have. I loved that the owner was exclusively in contact with me with even the most trivial question I had like..where is the toaster..*it was a toaster/convection oven I overlooked*..I had a deaf and blind *Usher's Syndrome* friend who stayed with me and she said that whenever in a new environment, it is always stressful and a challenge but she was SO at ease and everything was placed just right with ease for her to find her way around...I could go on and on and on..but I think you guys would just get it..basically..each time I come to Vegas..I am going to be sure I can get this place again.

  Beautiful house with a nice open floor plan. Nicely decorated and landscaped. Loved the pool and jacuzzi.
