My friends and I had a great time at this luxurious Home. The descriptioin of the house was very accurate. JP's customers service was A+ in my book. I ordered the Mayweather/Cotto fight about an half an hour before the main event and JP was great in helping me and my guest in ordering the fight on time. The pool and heated Jacuzzi was outstanding. It was clean and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature. The house throughtout was clean and everything had its' place..Your only minutes away from the strip which was very convenient. We also loved the privacy of this house. We really had a grest time. I would definetely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a house instead of a hotel to vacation in. Great house JP.

Great Family Oasis Off The Strip

We are a family of 5 and we rented this house for 12 days over Christmas and New Years. The house and amenities were perfect and met our expectations. The house is very luxurious and is definately upscale. It is very conveniently located several minutes off the south of the strip. The pool is spectacular and the outdoor hot tub was a welcome feature after long days walking the strip. I have rented vacation homes in the past and found the owner to be extremely helpful and I hope to return in the summer months sometime to truly enjoy the pool to its full extent.

This place worked out perfectly for our family of four. We like to cook and the kitchen was very nice. The bedrooms and living room was very nicely furnished. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house that makes you feel like you are at home. It is also very conveniently located to all of the places you go to Vegas to see and do.

Awesome Vacation Home

First, I want to thank JP for letting us stay in his beautiful home. It was about 10 minutes to the strip and VERY easy to find. It is also very secluded. JP drove down and personally gave us a tour of the property early and i was in AWE. The kitchen was my favorite location in the house. There were 3 couples staying in the home and everyone had their own space in the kitchen. We were not falling all over each other. It was AWESOME! The bedrooms was very separate and we had our privacy. It was November and we paid for the heated pool and jacuzzi. The equipment was switched somehow and the jacuzzi wasn't getting hot. JP, who was on his vacation at the time, made sure to call me back and give me the instructions to get the jacuzzi working. He also allowed us to rent the big fight that was in Vegas that weekend on Dish Network. Most owners wouldn't let you make orders on their account. We had a blast that night. We are planning on coming back to Vegas in 2012 and will make sure to stay in this home again. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Las Vegas. We had a great stay at this vacation home. It is very comfortable, affordable, and in a nice location very close to the highway, We had a family gathering at the home. People really loved the home, hot tub, and the game room in the garage, The best part of the process was dealing with the wonderful owner of the home. Hi JP, Thanks to the detail you supplied in our dealings when setting up the reservation for this property; there were no unexpected surprises. Its hard selecting rentals online because you never really know what you're going to get. this property was exactly what we were hoping for, even better! The pool was very relaxing and clean. I loved the added touch of the lawn and fruit trees. I could go on and on, in short it was perfect, Thank you!

I've been renting houses/condos for years for family vacations. This one was probably the best ever. Great location, 5 minutes from the Strip. This is not decorated in the cheap decor most house rentals follow...beautiful furnishings, tile, art work, comfy beds, great linens....as I told the owner, JP, who is wonderful with answering questions, I would move into this house! Pool is fabulous and everything you need is supplied. Viking appliances in the kitchen made me want to cook more! You can't go wrong with this house, especially if travelling with friends....the bedrooms are big, with comfortable seating in each as well as the beds! All rentals should strive to be as good as this house!

10 year vow renewal

My husband and I had our vow renewal on this property. The backyard was a beautiful setting and we were even permitted to decorate the patio for the ceremony. We had a great weekend celebrating with family and friends. The interior of the home is luxurious but still comfortable and inviting. The owner was very accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend this property.

The perfect retreat

I stayed at the house with 5 girlfriends and we experienced peace and quiet away from the strip but were close enough to be a part of the action when we wanted to. The house was open and conducive to socializing, while allowing for privacy when needed. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time outside. The owner made the reservation, payment, and check in process tremendously easy. For a group of 6 women who have rented houses every year for the past 15 years, this house rates at the top of the list.

Amazing Home and Highly Recommended!!!!!

This beautiful and meticulously decorated home was so much more than the pictures show! There's a ton of space to relax in the bedrooms, hang out together in the living room, at the kitchen bar or of course, the beautiful pool area. It comfortably accommodated 10 of us on our bi-yearly volleyball tournament trip and then some. It's also far enough away from the strip to relax quietly and enjoy the bbq, beautiful pool, spa and waterfall. It's also close enough and centralized in Las Vegas to hit the casinos, clubs and buffet's without the far drive. Lastly, the owner is awesome in every way possible. He answered all my emails in a very timely manner, answered all my phone calls and was patient and courteous at all times no matter what time I called. He always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and I can't thank you enough JP! We're all glad we got to meet you briefly while there and we definitely hope to see you again later this year for our next tournament.

We stayed here April16-23 and left soggy Seattle behind us! We wanted quiet, sunshine, and relaxation and found it all here. The home has about everything you need, and it is just beautiful. I took so many pictures of the tile floors because when I build our house I want those exact floors! Everyday we got up and walked around the equestrian park, and made friends with the peacocks who must be their guardians. There is a great park for kids just across the street. Even though you are pretty close to the airport, you rarely are aware of the planes, especially if the waterfall is on. Unless you are there in summer pay for the pool to be heated. The first day, we had problems with the pool and the AC but JP immediately got those corrected and was really on top of things. The AC is kept at 74 so it was tough for us to get to sleep the first night, but after a few days we got used to it, would have rather been able to have it a bit cooler. I hesitate to tell everyone how they could not go wrong renting this home only because I am afraid it will become so popular it will be booked up by the time we can come back! The house is really very well kept up and the bathrooms were so lovely -I am a fan of great tile work! I am always concerned about how private the pool area is when renting a villa, but no worries here - completely private! We had some friends overt to dinner who are planning on renting it as well....somehow I feel the cat is out of the bag! Really, do not hesitate, you are like 5 minutes from the strip, the driving is easy, and you have your own private pool- that's the best! Now if only I could learn how to make those Fat Tuesday Magnum 44 daiquiris myself.........ENJOY!

There are additional costs associated with this option but I would highly recommend future renters to see how the current AC feels first before having them switched out. Wonderful home, Close to the airport - 10 minutes away. Easy to find and love the fact that it was close to a park. Would stay there again...quiet neighborhood. When we stayed at the home in Las Vegas we enjoyed our stay very much. Like all the rooms which with all the rooms we had enough room for everyone even my son like sleeping in the garage. The pool was nice to have. Really enjoyed the park that was right across the street from the house. Enjoyed having the kitchen to be able to cook in and did not have to eat out all of the time which with 9 people that helped alot. Also the house was big enough that everyone could have thier own space. Really enjoyed staying at the house alot. If I ever go back to Las Vegas I will be asking about rental on the house again. Thanks for such a great stay it made it so much better. Thanks again.

We was 12 French people during our stay and it was wonderful holidays! This house is amazing, and its owner very nice. We had an excellent contact with him. pool and spa are really great and the interior is beautiful and confortable. If we'll come back in Vegas, we'll come back in this house!

We loved our stay at the house, perfect location.......close to everything yet far enough away to escape the zaniness of the strip. Could not ask for a nicer host, he greeted us personally and then checked several times to see if everything was going good and each time it was!! We would love to come back. We stayed here in January and found the place wonderful and totally relaxing-even better than the pictures! All the palm and pine trees make you feel like you are away from it all. We were here for a shoe convention and it felt like an escape to get back to the home. We were able to easily cook for ourselves too and found everything provided for in the kitchen. The owner was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again . A great value for the money!

We stayed at this property August 2010. We didn't look elsewhere and booked this property again after staying originally in 2006. It is in a fantatsic place and I would highly reccomend staying off the strip but only being a 5 minute drive away-best of both worlds.The photos are very accurate and if anything the villa is even better than expected. The owner is fantstically (sp!) helpful. If I'l lucky enough to go to Vegas again-I'll be back here!

My family stayed here the week of July 5th and it was absolutely amazing.....The house is very well kept and we wanted for nothing. My family really enjoy the pool and the amazing waterfall. We stayed here in early November. House manager was very good to work with, and the home was beautiful. The bathrooms were excellent, as were the bedrooms/bedding... Very clean upon arrival. Also very close to everything, but not so close as to be busy. The park accross the street looked very nice, although we never ventured over. Very much enjoyed our stay.

You could not ask for a better location. close to strip and airport. it was great. maintenance free. inside was lovely and we enjoyed the pool area every day. being in Vegas without all the noise and lights even though it was close by. easy taxi ride. we enjoyed every minute of it and will be back next year.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with this vacation home. There were 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 2 and the home was very accommodating. Very spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and we really enjoyed the decor. It was a great place for us to enjoy our family. In a good location. Approximately 10 minutes from the strip. We loved the showers (multiple shower heads) and the beds were very soft and plush. Extremely clean and appreciated that it is a non-smoking house. We plan on returning at least annually.

I stayed in this house for two full weeks (Feb. 2007) and feel quite confident in saying that anybody and everybody who rents this home will be thoroughly pleased. While I gave a rating of 5 stars as to the accuracy of the pictures posted, the truth is they were barely accurate at all. This house is MUCH more appealing than the pictures make it out to be--- amazing tile work throughout, decorated by a professional interior designer, with everything you could possibly need. Total luxury, yet extremely down to earth feeling and easy to get really comfortable in---- and that's a rare combination, in my opinion.
