We love our NEWLY RENOVATED town home! Nestled in a pine and aspen forest, all four covered decks offer secluded views.
Our unit is within easy walking distance to downtown Winter Park. At the end of the driveway is the FREE shuttle to Winter Park skiing three miles away.
Our cozy 800 square foot two-story unit has a modern, fully stocked kitchen which is situated next to a private tranquil patio. The front room has a queen-size fold-out couch, and a newly remodeled bathroom.
The upstairs offers two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and a private deck, the second with two double beds. The full upstairs bathroom has also been renovated.
Right across the street is the clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and coin laundry. Behind the clubhouse is as a beautiful fishing stream, and multiple trailheads into a national forest. Tennis and basketball courts are just up the hill.
Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are 30 miles north. Estes Park is on the east side of the Park. There are three public golf courses within 30 miles.
