We love our newly removated town home! Nestled in a pine and aspen forest, this is perfect spot for a quiet getaway, conveniently located between downtown Winter Park and Arapaho National Forest. During ski season you can catch the FREE shuttle to the Winter Park Resort base lifts from the end of the driveway.
Our cozy 800 square foot, two-story townhome unit has a modern, fully stocked kitchen which is situated next to a private tranquil patio. The front room has a queen-size fold-out couch, wood burning fireplace, and a newly remodeled 3/4 bathroom.
The upstairs offers two bedrooms. One with a king bed and a private deck, the second with two bunked full size beds. The full upstairs bathroom has also been renovated. High speed cable internet with free wi-fi access is also provided during your stay.
Right across the street is the clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and coin laundry. An easy half mile walk up Vasquez Road is the entrance to Arapaho National Forest with access to multiple hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing trails. For summer rentals, an outdoor tennis court and basketball hoop is just up the hill.
Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are 30 miles north. There are three public golf courses within 30 miles of the condo.
December 21st-January 2nd is considered a holiday rental. Other winter holidays include the weekends of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and President's Day.
Thanksgiving week is considered a holiday rental in the Fall.

Why the Owner Chose Hideaway Village
Hideaway Village is a great little spot tucked between the Arapaho National Forest and downtown Winter Park. It's easy to head up the hill to the national forest hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing trails or down the hill to the downtown Winter Park restaurants and shops. There's plenty to do nearby with easy access to the ski area via the brown route on the free Winter Park shuttle.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
You can park your car and never have to use it again if you don't want to. Town is walking distance with plenty of restaurants and some shopping, the national forest is walking distance and the Free Shuttle to the ski area is right across the street!
Ski bus pickup/drop off. Indoor Pool and Hot Tub access included with stay. Coin operated laundry.
