Unique 800 sq.ft. balcony for exquisite dining and entertainment experience! Please note: There are only 18- 2br. possible rental units in all Portofino, with this terrace option. Our condo is in Tower V, which is the newest, completed in 2006, on the 5th floor terrace level (with two convient parking spaces, directly below on 4). Tastefully decorated with leather furniture and granite counter tops in kitchen. Built-in Electric B.B.Q.on the balcony.
Take in views of boating activities during the day on the large balcony and the magical lights of Santa Rosa Sound at night!Keep in mind a Gulf view at night is no view. My unit is the farthest West, the most secluded, with no other towers obstucting your view. Come back at night and walk outside on my patio having a cocktail under the stars! Now that's a relaxing vacation. I also have six beach chairs and two nice beach umbrellas in my unit that you are more then welcome to use and that will save you a few bucks. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings and crown molding.
Finally, remember when shopping for a unit to rent, not all are created, decorated, maintained, and cleaned equally. I believe I represent the best value at Portofino and look foreward to having you as my guests. You will not be disappointed. Hoping to hear from you soon,
