  My husband had to go to Tampa on business, so I took my two children down near the end of his business trip where we rented this condo. The condo was stocked with so much more than the average condo with beach towels, paper towels, salt/pepper, and so much more. The area was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool area. We were the only ones staying there, so we had the entire area to ourselves. We grilled out almost every night which was so nice since I have a 23 month old and a 3 1/2 year old which always makes it challenging to go out to eat. The owner was extremely helpful. When my husband goes back to Tampa again on business, we plan on renting again. Thanks for providing such a great place for a much-needed vacation!

  Pros: lovely, updated decor & furnishings; well stocked kitchen and baths, many towels, soaps, lotions, salt, pepper and other kitchen basics were there, beach chairs; clean, beds were comfortable; direct beach access, only steps from the building, quiet. Cons: no elevator, small pool area. We had a nice stay over spring break. The unit is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Having lounge chairs on the beach was a nice touch, too! Not all buildings provide those. The pool area is small, and with only a few units in the building it works, although at times it felt like we were imposing on guests from the other units when we arrived at the pool after them... Sort of like walking in on someone's backyard pool. The water temperature was nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

  Just left this beautiful condo after 10 days waking up in a very comfortable bed in the cozy/warm colors of the master bedroom just a step to the en suite bathroom with its walk in shower. The bed was comfy, the decor of the room and entire condo very warm and inviting. Bathrooms stocked with lots of towels in both bathroom. It was just me and my 2 little dogs who loved the openeness of the unit. I had expressed concern tothe lovely owner about the railing on the patio in fear the dogs might slip under or between (they are each 16lb). She assured me the railings went just about to the floor and railings were narrow. And they were. Perfect. Which allowed them to sit out there with me too, on the balcony. Unite was very clean, had all cooking utensils you could use. I simply used the microwave. Unit does have a washer and dryer, if need be too. The shower pressure was good in the master. I had forgotten to bring shampoo, bar soap/wash, tp and paper towls, so a quick run to the CVS up a couple of blocks solved that issue. Stairs. yes there are stairs. Not sure what I was thinking (more like forgotton about an elevator). Garage parking under building and to get to the unit there are2 flights of full stairs with a platform beween the levels. Honestly, being out of shop and traveling solo and lugging all my junk up the first day, I thought I be up there and never come down, but I did, and by the afternoon of the 2nd day made the multiple trips up and down, just fine. Word of caution. I had rain, and at times hard rain. The steps are not enclosed, so I kep an umbrella in condo and car and cautiously used the steps during tht time. Unit was nicely decorated. Looked like previous renters had left their assorment of well read books for the next quests, along with some games if interested. There is a dvd player, though this one could not fgure it out. Each bedroom had a nice tv too. I used only the mstr bedroom and with the cold weather I had while there (unfortunately) did snuggle in bed often to keep warm and take advantage of the tv bein so accessible. I highly recommend it to you. Being over Christmas, I enjoyed the quietness of the building. There were only 2 of the 4 that had renters which i think added to the peacefulness of the time there. The pictures are true to likeness and it leterally is steps from the pool to the sand and beach. Enjoy

  My family stayed here a full week and we had a WONDERFUL time. The condo is very clean and comfy and exactly as described to me. The most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. The owner is very helpful and nice I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone and am already looking forward to our next visit. Loved everything about our vacation and this place.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very quiet and relaxing. It was wonderful having the pool right downstairs which is only shared by a few units. It was very easy to go up and down from the unit to the pool or beach, unlike some beach rentals that the walk is a bit longer. Our baby monitor even worked out by the pool, so as our baby napped we could still enjoy being outside. We would stay again.
