We enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. It was so much better than a hotel. The location is excellent – 10 minutes from Epcot and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. At the same time, it is very quiet and comfortable. Thank you for all the small details that you have thought about to make your guests welcome.

This was our 6th time down in Kissimme and our 1 St at the Somerst Villas. We really enjoyed the area since we close to restaurants,shopping, Old Town, etc. We gradly recommend your stay here. Thanks Again Lawrence and Louise

We had a ovely time in your beautiful Villa .It was everything you described .We found is very easy to get to Disney from your property . The rent was very reasonable for a Villa that held 8 persons I would recommed it to anyone Thank you Seamus

Dear Al and Ann: Ann and I arrived home yesterday (Saturday ) afternoon and both of our children at their different destinations last night. To say we had a good time in Orlando would be putting it mildly. One of the highlights of course was the comfort and convenience of staying at your place at Villas of Somerset. We have stayed at the Villas at Somerset many times over the past 15 years. The unit and property facilities as well as the location have proven very convenient for our frequent DisneyWorld trips as we travel with adult children and host visitors sometimes. On this recent occasion we ventured away from the property management group we had dealt with and tried VRBO. The advantage of being able to see on-line the exact unit we would be using was attractive to us. We were not disappointed! This unit is extremely well cared for. The price value is exceptional. Our only regret is that we did not find this unit earlier. Hope we have a chance to get back in the near future.

We were in her holiday- apartement in March and April 2011, she was very decorated and very clean. We have the two months felt very comfortable, so we have booking again in Feb. and March 2012. We will recommend this apartement to your friends, the price - performance ratio is very good. With the best recommendations Franz and Anneliese( 65+ 63 Years old) from Augsburg Germany

We had the opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo for a week and wished it was longer!! With so much to do in the area we never had the opportunity to enjoy the pool etc. at the condo complex. The condo was everything we hoped for and more. There were 5 of us and there was more than enough room!! The condo is conveniently located near all the amenities in the area. The complex is well looked after and we would certainly consider recommending your condo to others and if we ever get to Orlando again, we would look into renting it again ourselves. We managed to take in Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Epcot Centre, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach and Joe's Crab Shack was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place to stay! When my family goes back to Orlando, i will definately check availablity here first. We did not have any problems. We felt very safe here. Great location...We had a short to very short drive to our daily destinations. and, i will recommend this property to friends and family. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

50th Anniversary & Disney Getaway Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It was spacious, clean, beautiful, convenient, everything we could have wanted and more. We have been staying overnight in Orlando at least once a year for the last 20 years, and that had to have been one of the nicest stays ever! If you are ever willing to allow a two night rental let us know. Thank you for a special getaway weekend! P.S.- The Mickey toaster was a hoot!!!

Hi Al and Ann, I wanted to thank you very much for letting us stay at such a wonderful vacation home!! We had the best time. We had fabulous weather, and met so many other nice renters to chat with around the pool. The location of the condo was perfect. The condo could not have been more comfortable, equipped with everything we could ever ask for, and more!!! We will not be losing your number, that's for sure. We probably will not be visiting the Disney parks again for at least 2-3 years. ( We are happier in the Caribbean!!). However, when it's time to go back to Orlando, we would love it if we could stay at your condo again. Thank you again for everything.
