This chalet style home, built in 2001, is located on a quiet street in Pinetop Lakes. The natural beauty of the White Mountains surrounds you on a beautiful lot full of tall pine and oak trees. The home has been beautifully decorated and is complete with all the comforts of home. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the cool weather with a cup of coffee on the huge wrap-around deck extending over the lot.
Gas burning fireplace, tongue and groove pine ceilings and lodge pole stairway complete the cabin feel, yet the home has all the modern amenities you want to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Close enough to all the local services to be convenient but away from the hustle and bustle. Kid and pet friendly!
This roomy cabin sleeps six comfortably. Queen size bed sleeps two in the downstairs master, queen size bed sleeps two in upstairs bedroom and daybed with a pop-up trundle (two twins) sleeps two in the sleeping loft. Beds come complete with luxury linens, pillows and comforters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub! Kids will love the play area in the loft which includes a table for puzzles or games, a toy box filled with goodies and a rocking horse. Wireless Internet available at no additional charge.
*** This cabin is our family’s second home and is a NO SMOKING home. We rent this home with the expectation that our guests treat the home as if they were staying in a friend’s house. ***
Less than 200 miles from Phoenix or Tucson -- come up and enjoy the cool climate and escape the desert heat or play in the snow!

Why the Owner Chose Pinetop-Lakeside
Pinetop is an absolutely beautiful part of the world, and we thought that we would like to eventually retire there. In the meantime, we wanted to occasionally be able to escape the dreaded heat of Phoenix!

This is a beautifully decorated, very clean and very updated cabin. We had seven family members gather here over Thanksgiving weekend and were happily surprised to find Thanksgiving themed decorations waiting for us on the dining room table when we arrived. There was even a welcoming basket of goodies! The kitchen was well stocked with a wide variety of pans and utensils. The comfy leather furniture in the living area was great for reading by the fire and he toy box and DVDs kept the kids entertained when they weren't outside exploring. There were even 2 bikes in the garage. A lot of thought and care has gone into this home and it's obvious that the Doyles want their guests to really relax and enjoy themselves. Thank you, Amy and Chris! Staying in your lovely home was a delight, and we hope to be able to return again someday.

I would definitely recommend this property! It was very clean, well maintained and just plain comfy!! Little extras like games, snacks and ziplock bags make all the difference! It is a beautiful wooded lot with empty lots on all sides and is on a very quiet street. The deck has a great mix of shade and sun to please anyone. Can't wait to return!

We have stayed at a few different places we found on VRBO in various places (Forrest Highlands, San Diego, etc.) and your cabin was by far the best experience we have had. It is so nicely decorated, the towels were fresh and the beds were so comfy and cozy. The kids had a blast exploring the toy box upstairs. It was a great trip and we hope we can go back up there and stay at your place again in the near future.

A beautiful clean and well kept cabin situated in a wooded neighborhood. It is nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and bedding. The owners were accommodating and easy to work with. I look forward to returning next year!

I just wanted to tell you that we had a fabulous time at the Charming Chalet. It is truly beautiful—the décor is awesome. We had everything we needed and it was such a nice, relaxing time. We rode bikes a few times and walked and enjoyed the clean air and wind in the pines. We played cards and read books, and just kicked back and veged! What a wonderful place to unplug!
