A perfectly maintained duplex unit right on the sand with NO boardwalk in front. Peaceful and quiet with your own beach just in front of your unit. Fully furnished and outfitted kitchen, garage parking, washer and dryer. New appliances and furnishings. Located at 4503 Seashore.
The lower unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has four bunk beds. The house has cable TV and a DVD player for those who need their technology fix. Downstairs has the private enclosed patio.
The upstairs unit has a master suite with large bathroom (shower and separate tub) with a king sized bed and pull out queen sofa sleeper, the second bedroom has a queen, a room with two bunk beds (four twins) and a day room with a twin and trundle. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs has a front and rear patio and it is 10 steps to the sand.
Walking distance to the pier, shopping, food and coffee stores. Located at great surf spot at 45th street. .

The Unique Benefits at this Upper and Lower Unit Duplex
The ocean is very close to the house and you can be a part of your group while hanging on the patio or in the sand. There is no boardwalk in front of the house, so there are no skaters and bikers zooming in front. The kids can safely play on the patio or in the sand right in front of the house. It makes for a great family vacation!
