This oversized condominium in The Springs at River Run has it all! This unit, 8856 Springs, has over 1150 square feet with two bedrooms, three full baths (two with two sinks in each), a Murphy bed and pull out sofa -- and is more than 1/3 larger than a Springs two bedroom two bath condo. It can sleep eight in comfort. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other three beds are all queen-sized. The pull-out sofa in the living area is new.
This unit is loaded with features and decorating extras that will make you feel at home. The full-sized kitchen has brand new GE Profile appliances with three ovens (two are convective) - you can cook for a dinner party of 50!
The balcony has great views! After enjoying your day skiing, put your skis in your own ski locker, drink your favorite beverage, relax next to your own stone gas fireplace and watch your state of the art 40" HDTV.
When its time to retire for the night, you have a brand new 42" HDTV in the master bedroom with internet capability. Both HDTVs have HD cable boxes. Also in the condo is a DVD player, a stereo system with an IPod dock, and free wireless internet.
Additionally, you get to enjoy all that The Springs and River Run have to offer. The Springs is the newest condominium building in River Run, is only 75 yards from the new gondola, and has the best amenities: a year-round heated outdoor pool with the only water slide in River Run, TWO outdoor hot tubs (the second is for adults only), a BBQ grill and fire pit, heated underground parking, and a fitness room with a sauna and showers. Enjoy the spacious common area with a Blue-Ray DVD theater room, a slate pool table, a game room, a kid's play room, and a 15' waterfall.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 12/22/2009
Upon my arrival to this gorgeous condo, I was stunned how convenient it was to the ski slopes, gondola as well as all the restaurants and shopping in the heart of Keystone. Once the car was parked inside the garage, we never used it again until leaving to head back home since everything needed was within walking distance.
The condo has two master suites as well as a third full bathroom, so there’s no arguing over who will get the room with the bathroom. It’s quite spacious inside and very well decorated. It also includes a locker on the main level to store your ski or snowboarding gear without having to take it all upstairs each time. That was SUCH a great feature!
After a day of skiing, the large, flat screen TV kept me entertained inside the condo and the crackling fireplace kept me toasty all night. The condo was so comfortable I could hibernate there all winter long! I made great use of the condo complex amenities including a shared pool with a slide, a hot tub, and a fitness room. What a fantastic stay I had in Keystone, CO!

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Springs
As a family we have enjoyed ski vacations for many years, so a decision to buy at a ski resort was easy. We chose Keystone because of its great skiing and convenient location, less than an hour drive on I-70 from the Denver city limits.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We bought our condo in the Springs at River Run because it is a beautiful and luxurious property very convenient to the new gondola, only 75 yards away across a parking lot. There is a heated year-round pool with a water slide and two hot tubs. There is also a newly built theater room with a 62" HD TV, blue ray DVD player, and better than theater style seating.

Jim has been a pilot at Federal Express for 15 years and is now a Boeing 727 Captain. Prior to this, he served in the USAF for 21 years, primarily as a C-141 pilot. Bonnie has worked in the credit card industry for over 20 years in merchant sales and customer support. We have two sons. James is 21 and is a senior at USC (Fight On Trojans!) studying biomedical engineering. Mark is 17 and is a high school senior. We moved to Collierville TN, near Memphis, when Jim started at Fed Ex. Prior to that, we lived in Vienna VA, near Washington DC, and prior to that we lived in many locations all over the country.

This is a nice condo in a great location. We had no problems during out stay. The owner was helpful and pleasant before and after the stay. Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably and found the VRBO description and photos to be accurate.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

"Has it All!" says the tag - it certainly does. Our party were all very impressed and satisfied with our choice. We stayed here with our friends and our son for 10 nights in Feb/Mar 2008. It was fantastic; the condo had everything and the owners went out their way to ensure all transactions were smooth and we had everything we needed. The condo is only a few minutes walk (in ski boots)from the main gondola/chairlift and the ski school is even closer. It is also just a couple of minutes walk from the main resort centre at River Run and close to all the bars, restaurants and shops there.
