Our unique One Bedroom/Two Bathroom upper floor unit is located in the best building (number two) of the Wailea Ekolu complex. Expansive, unrestricted views of Lanai, Molokai, Kahoolawe, Molokini Crater and the West Maui Mountains. Enjoy views from your lanai over the 15th fairway of the Blue Course in Wailea. You will feel like you are the only people in paradise, because you will enjoy the beauty of the view and lush landscape.
From the lanai you will enjoy the serene sounds of birds and the occasional *ping* of the driver from the 15th tee. Take a deep breath and inhale the tropical smell of the plumeria trees inches from the chaise lounge chairs.
Everyday you can watch the parade of snorkel boats leave Maalaea Harbor at 7:30 on their journey to Molokini Crater and return at 11:00. January through April will boast some of the most amazing whale-watching in the entire state. You could spend your entire vacation on the lanai, drinking coffee watching the sunrise and at night toasting a perfect sunset.
The interior of the unit has been upgraded and tastefully decorated. Vaulted ceilings make this top floor unit extra spacious. You won't spend much time looking at the furnishings, as you'll be enjoying the view from nearly every square foot! In addition to the King size bed in the bedroom we added a queen size Murphy Bed with a 14 inch pillow top matress is located in a beautiful cabinet in the living room. Your extra guests will be comfortable here and enjoy their own bathroom with shower and bathtub.
You will be very comfortable in this "home away from home" and will find all of the amenities of home. Spend a perfect vacation in the perfect location! Aloha!

Our family has enjoyed spending time in Hawaii for many years. Buying a place in Maui became an obvious choice when my Mom retired and decided to spend more time in the islands. A couple of times a year we take time out of our busy lives and meet in Wailea to enjoy time together. All of us agree that Hawaii is perfect for family time together and we have made memories that will last a lifetime.

You will enjoy BBQing, sipping cocktails at sunset and eating all your meals on the lanai. It is a very private location and you will enjoy the company of your family with the beauty of Maui as a backdrop.

I received a very nice letter from a couple that was in Maui for their wedding and thought I would share it in the guestbook: I wanted to thank you for our stay in Maui.
