This unit is FULL of UPGRADES! You will LOVE the new upgraded "Rowe" sleeper sofa and chair in the great room, new carpet with a great designer tone on tone berber loop pattern, and fresh paint. You will sleep in comfort on the new mattress and boxsprings. We keep our units in top notch condition and rent them at great rates.
We offer FREE Wireless High Speed Internet, premium cable TV, unlimited local calling, and all utilities.

We keep our units in top notch condition and rent them at great rates. We require a $300.00 security/damage deposit to book the unit. Deposit refunds are made a few days after you check out of the condo.
Please note: All of our properties are NO SMOKING and NO PETS resorts. Also, our properties are family resorts and no renters under the age of 25 are allowed (age verification may be required). Management reserves the right to ask guests violating resort rules to leave the property, which may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or rental fees. Parents – if you aren’t going to stay in the condo the entire week with your children – do not rent this unit. Renters will be asked to leave if age has been misrepresented.
Damage to rental unit or removal of any rental unit property will result in deductions from your damage deposit to cover replacement and/or repair cost. Guests with damages exceeding deposit amount are subject to additional charges.

About the Resort and Area:
This is a six-year-young lower floor unit at Celadon Beach Resort.
You will not have a better view of the beautiful Emerald Waters of the Gulf Coast. Celadon Beach Resort is one of the newest gulf front resorts between Panama City Beach and Destin. This resort includes: a tennis court, two pools, two hot tubs, exercise room, meeting room and COVERED PARKING.
Celadon Beach Resort is a newer high-rise resort on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Be one of the first to enjoy the renaissance going on in Panama City Beach.
Many of the old motels are being torn down; 45 new buildings are under construction or being planned. Ripley's Believe-it-or-not Museum is now open, Pier Park is open, with a new Target, Southern Theaters 16 Screens, Old Navy, Carabbas, The Back Porch Seafood House, Reggae J's Island Grill, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, and the Ron Jon Surf Shop. Perfect Place to Relax with the Family

We had a Great time!! My family and I got to catch up on some much needed Rest and Relaxation. The Condo was fantastic. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. There are boogie boards, rafts, and even an ice chest in the condo for guests to use. I have already told some friends about how much fun we had, and I would recommend this condo to everyone. My son is five years old and he loved the bunk beds. This was the best beach vacation that we have experienced, and we hope we can do it again soon!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
