The accommodation comprises of a fitted kitchen which has a fridge and separate large freezer in cupboard, washing machine, electric oven/ grill with 4 hobs, toaster, microwave, kettle and all your pots and pans and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 is a double with side tables and lights and a built in wardrobe, Bedroom 2 is a twin again there is a bedside table and light plus a large wardrobe.The bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin, toilet. The well furnished lounge / diner has a TV with free-view built in, two 2 seater settees and armchair and dining table with 4 chairs. From the lounge there are views to the bay with a fantastic patio area with seating for 4 there is also a decking area at the front with seating for 4. This property sleeps four but can be rented with with another property next door that is the same spec as this one for larger families please enquire. This property is ideal for a great summer getaway or short break. Short term lets considered. There is a £1 coin meter for electricity at this property.
