I recently stayed at this condo with my family. It is in a great location - close to Ventana Canyon and all sorts of other great outdoor activities. Also nearby are necessities like groceries and restaurants. The condo itself is very nice - very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of space, and a nice porch for morning coffee. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, and everyone else we ran into on the grounds was very friendly. The pool area was very laid back with few other people around. The owners were prompt at responding to questions and sending us documentation and keys. I would definitely stay here again!

Very pretty condo, loaded with amenities. Nice pool and hot tub (outdoors). Quiet. Cross the road for lots of restaurants, shops. One mile from Sabino Canyon (must-see saguaro forest, hike or tram). Very enjoyable stay (April, 2011).

Clean, convenient condo in a great location. Photos are accurate and actually *understate* how nice the unit is. Owner is very helpful; great suggestions for local activities. (We loved the Desert Museum, which the owner recommended and helped us locate.) One important note: the unit is great for all ages. We're a young family and our child was very happy. My mother-in-law visited us here, and she immediately recognized how good the unit would be for retirees as well. The condo is steps from a few great restaurants, a grocery store, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, etc. Hard to find that kind of convenience at the base of beautiful foothills.... We'd stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend the property to friends of any age. Worth every penny.

Having visted Tucson on business, we thought we liked it. So, with retirement came the opportunity to spend some time in the desert, and leave winter behind us. We read about Patti's condo and became interested. When we contacted her, we knew she would follow through on anything we discussed....and that proved to be the case. The condo in the foothills is ideally located. In two days we were settled in, groceries right across the street, resturants within walking distance, and the magnificient Sabino Canyon park only 5 minutes away. Everything we needed, and more, was supplied, and the condo was spotlessly clean. The sun and blue skies were like a tonic after three hard winter months in upstate New York. We had visitors for a few days, and the condo accomodates four people with plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend Patti's Condo to friends and family.

This condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens, paper goods, and incidentals and all was in excellent repair. The kitchen was of gourmet quality and the condo itself attractive and well appointed and wonderfully located for all Tucson activities. It was a great base of operations for touring, hiking, shopping, and cultural events. We stayed here in February when there was a wonderful selection of special events throughout the area, from the art fair in Tubac to the Ansel Adams exhibit at the art museum. We hiked in nearby Sabino Canyon, visited the desert museum, enjoyed the wonders of Saguaro National Park, explored our western heritage in Tombstone and environs, and even took an overnight trip to the Grand Canyon, and much, much more. The condo’s owner was extremely responsive, sometimes answering an email within 5 minutes, and so helpful in guiding us to good dining and other ways to enjoy the area. One of our best stays in 25 years of renting condos. A winter visit to Tucson is such fun!

This upstairs unit is just the ticket for those who enjoy mountain watching. The deck provides a perfect perch for enjoying sunrises and sunsets from a vantage point that highlights the changing of the light on the gorgeous terrain surrounding Tucson. With all the conveniences of home, one can take care of everything from keeping up with daily email and business matters, to packing the suitcases with clean laundry. Everything from groceries, posting letters, a morning muffin & latte, to a hike up Sabino Canyon and an array of choices for dinner out is just a short walk away. Patti's condo is a place you'll note in the "SAVE FOR THE FUTURE" file. "

We stayed in this condo from December 25, 2008, to January 1, 2009. We were there with our 2 young daughters (6 and almost 3 years old). The condo is fully equipped and very nicely decorated. The wireless Internet network is very handy. The common facilities include a fantastic swimming pool (heated), hot tub, and a gym with both cardio and weights equipment. Patti Santoro (the owner) is very well organized and responsive to her guests’ needs. We will certainly use this condo again when we visit Tucson in the future.

I really enjoyed my recent stay for the month of November 2008. The condo is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything a person could need and more. The Santa Catalina mountains can be seen from every window, and the balcony is a great place to view them at sunset with a drink. The condo is very comfortable, quiet & relaxing, and the owners are very welcoming & accommodating. The resort-like pool area is lovely and the clubhouse gym is well-equipped. The condo is well-situated to easily drive to any area of Tucson or beyond. It is within walking distance of restaurants & a very nice supermarket, and I was delighted to find a Cold Stone Ice Cream Shop right on the corner. And to walk off the ice cream, there are wonderful streets in the area to walk or bike, as well as the nearby Sabino Canyon, one of the many must-see's in Tucson. My trip to Tucson was originally a one-time trip, but because i enjoyed staying at the condo so much, i hope to return in the future. I highly recommend a stay at this condo.

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this Pinnacle Canyon Condo in March and April of 2008. The location was perfect - close to Sabino Canyon, Costco, Trader Joes, and wonderful restaurants. Also an easy drive to the downtown area which we explored for the first time on this trip. Condo is VERY well stocked with everything you could possibly need, especially the kitchen. Very well organized and easy to fix meals quickly. The pool area was wonderful, quiet, clean, very few kids and those that were there were well supervised and quiet. Bedrooms are separated, so you feel like you have your own "special" area. We would definitely rent this condo again. Carol & Jerry Neil

Staying for two months in the Santoro condominium at Pinnacle Canyon was like staying in the home of a good friend. The apartment is wonderfully furnished and has everything a renter could need from computer access to pool towels. I like to cook and I found all the pots, pans, and dishes I needed. In addition my husband and I loved the small outside balcony, where we ate our dinner almost every night. The location is convenient to a grocery store, drug store, and only about a mile Sabino Canyon, one of the national parks with great hiking for every level. We would highly recommend this apartment to our friends or anyone who is coming to Tucson. Barbara & Tom Bloom

May 23, 2007 We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the highlights of the condo that we particularly enjoyed is the provision of many thoughtful amenities not often found in similar properties. Another real plus is the location -- grocery stores, restaurants and other retail stores can be found just across the street. And the condo is just up the road from Sabino Canyon, a Tucson treasure. We chose to eat in on a number of occasions and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and fun to use. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this property to those who want to experience Tucson, and at the same time, have a convenient, really nice and safe place to stay. Enjoyed our recent one-week stay at this spacious, nicely appointed condo. Furnishings and supplies, especially in the kitchen, are beyond the usual rental condo. Nice complex, with a nice pool/hot tib area, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, a day spa, etc. Was surprised to find it was a second floor unit, though, with a full flight of stairs to enter.
