  I was looking for something more cost effective than a hotel as I was looking to stay for an extended period of time, and while nervous at first was very impressed by the quick reponse and helpfullness of this owner in allying my concerns and providing feedback on the property. Everything went perfectly, and was extremely impressed by the homeliness of the condo, and it's position in one of the best areas of Puerto Vallarta. The place is clean, spacious and well presented, and very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean which is perfect. Would highly recommend this property.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  My husband and I had a great time. The location is great-close to everything. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Sarah made the who;e booking process painfuless!!.

  Sombreros off to Sarah whose efforts made it easy for us to get into the Villa Blanca in P.V. All rentals should be this easy. Everything measured up and allowed my husband and I three glorious weeks in our favourite town away from the snow.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  I spent 5 weeks at this place. Easily, the best trip of my life. The location is spectacular. The condo complex is gorgeous, and the unit is perfect! It was a great mix of quaint and comfortable, but yet, very roomy. The kitchen is perfect to make lunch and dinner for the days that you don't want to go out. The charm overtakes you, as you sit in your living room, and watch the waves crashing on the shore. When you want to have a calm night, you can kick back and watch almost anything you are looking for, with the dish television. The big king bed is great, as is the surprisingly spaceous bathroom. All the comforts of home, with the luxury of being at the beach. You are set up, slightly on the hillside, with just a long set of stairs seperating your feet from the water. The staff, from building manager, Jose, to the housekeeping women, are there to make sure you want for nothing. As is Sarah, who owns this property. I could go on and on. Thanks, Sarah, for making this something I will always remember. I'll be back soon! - Jayson

  I just returned from 5 nights at La Gaviota and was very pleased. Unit was well equipped for cooking, had tons of light and was very relaxing. The housekeepers and Jose Luis (the concierge) were very attentive and non-obtrusive. I loved how close the unit was to the beaches that I use (just down the stairs!).

  We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Blanca 2BR apartment. It is hard to describe our delight with it. The layout of this property is just perfect; location-ideal. Jose, the caretaker is taking a very good care of the renters. We would recommend this property for anybody who prefers the "old town" atmosphere, rather than modern highriser's condominium. It was a real pleasure staying there. Whenever we will visit PV, this property would be our first choice. Ella M. Fort Langley,BC Canada

  I spent over 1 month at this property and would highly recommend it. Traveling as a single woman, I was most pleased with the security and felt very safe here. The maids did an excellent job daily and they were very trustworthy. Jose, the manager was there daily making sure that all rentors were happy and willing to please everyone. He even updated the ironing board for me at a days notice. The property is located in a safe and scenic area and short stroll to the best restaurants in town. I would highly recommend this property for a fun and enjoyable vacation. Thank you Sara for offering this condo allowing me to make my holiday a most memorable one during my stay in beautiful sunny Vallarta. Carol Jones
