"Dol-Fun Breeze" is a three year old home in the sought-after, private community of Seacrest Beach. Adjoining Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, there are many things to enjoy in the area including quaint shops, wonderful restaurants, the 12,000-square-foot pool, and, best of all, the beautiful, emerald waters of the Gulf coast just steps away.
Upon arrival, you will receive your private pool pass and information about the private beach shuttle(which you are not likely to need as the beach is a mere 100 or so yards from the house. There will also be information and maps about activities in the surrounding area including outdoor concerts, outlet shopping, and the Tom Fazio Camp Creek golf course which is only one-fourth mile from the home.
"Dol-Fun Breeze" was completed in April of 2004. The decor has been described as West Indies meets Beach Chic. The first floor has ten-foot ceilings and features the main living area, dining room with accommodations for eleven persons, laundry room, and a queen-size bedroom with full bath.
The second floor, also with ten-foot ceilings, has two incredibly spacious bedrooms. The south bedroom has a king-size bed with full bath and offers Fantastic views of the ocean. The north bedroom features a queen-size bed with bathroom including a double-size vanity, tub, and shower.
On the third level, there are two rooms and an expansive deck offering FABULOUS views of the Gulf. Of course, what party deck would be complete without a wet bar with refrigerator and extra blender! One of these rooms is the "bunk room." This room has one set of bunks and a day bed with trundle. This room also features a full bath. The second room is a very quaint reading room with bookshelves and cozy furniture.
Every room at "Dol-Fun Breeze" has a deck or balcony with seating for at least two, to enjoy the panoramic views with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. "Dol-Fun Breeze" has a television and DVD player in three bedrooms as well as the family room. And to top it off (for the little ones), we have an X-box in the bunk room!
Please enjoy our home as you would yours. I know you will love it! |
