  This was a beautiful house with lots of extras. There were a few things I wanted to suggest: Need to spray for ants. They were everywhere and getting into the beds. Need to fix a front window that was broken when we arrived. It's a danger. Instead of waiting for someone to get out of the bathroom, mirrors in bedrooms would be helpful. There was too much decor, which does not allow for my stuff and moving it around is a pain. We had to replace several light bulbs. The washer smelled moldy. Thanks!

  My family of sixteen including adult children and grandchildren had a wonderful week in this well-equipped, beautiful beach home. Grandchildren ranged in age from 18 months to 22 years and all found plenty to entertain themselves with. The playroom area was fabulous for the kids and having our own nice-size pool was a pleasant break from the beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect - close enough to walk back and forth easily for lunch, snacks or a swim in the pool. The house has PLENTY of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, bikes, etc. We took some of our own, not believing that there would be enough there for us, and never took them out of the car. The home is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need. The swing on the front porch was a fabulous place for coffee every morning, giving you a wonderful view of the ocean. The owner was extremely nice and very responsive to any questions or issues we had. I would love to make this a yearly outing for my family! We all loved it!!

  Location, View, Owner, Amenities - simply Amazing. For anyone looking to rent in Pensacola, I HIGHLY recommend this property. We will definitely be back. Other reviewers mentioned the game room and I agree, what a great addition! Fun decoration, lots of space, clean pool, walk barefoot to the beach, open patio with ocean view, 3 fridges, stocked kitchen, . My 3yr old was in heaven with so much space to explore. I had no trouble with payment and return of our deposit was very timely. Again, you should seriously consider this place for a PERFECT family vacation. Thank you Jo.

  Our family group of 19 just stayed a week at the Island Girl and had a wonderful time. We are veterans of Pensacola Beach and this is by far the nicest facility we have ever had. With 9 children under 10 the space and layout were perfect as well as the location with the beach. The pool provided lots of family time fun! The kitchen was well stocked for handling the large crowd and the beach towels, chairs and bikes were added assets. We highly recommend Anne's Island Girl!

  Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and New Years with the family and friends. Great accomodations, location and ammenities. Would love to come back again and spend more time. Thanks again for a great experience!

  Our two families had a wonderful time at this vacation home! We loved the pool, hot tub, proximity to the beach and the relaxed feel of the home. The kids were thrilled to sleep in the loft twin beds. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a great time. The game room kept everyone busy. We would love to return. Jo was a very accommodating hostess. Thanks for a wonderful fall break!!

  Our family spent a week at Anne's Island Girl in September 2007. This was a wonderful place for our parents, children, and our grandchildren to enjoy as a family.The house was large enough for the whole family . Most of all we enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room.The entire family thanks you for a wonderful vacation.

  This gracious home surpassed anything one could imagine. The game room was such a huge hit, a beautiful pool,the location and view....all was PERFECT. There was every convenience one could imagine. Our only regret was that we had to come home. Thank you Jo and family. Your dreams have come true!
