This wonderful house, less than half a block from the Atlantic Ocean, is newly-remodeled and newly furnished for an unforgettable, comfortable vacation by the sea.
Five people can stay comfortably in this house, which includes a large one-car garage, new washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can whip up the finest meals to satisfy whatever you are in the mood for.
There is a mini-library in the living room and at night, when you are ready to hit the sack, there is an extra comfy king-size bed in the master bedroom and equally comfortable twin beds with Memory Foam mattresses in the second bedroom.
There is a TV in each bedroom and a flat-screen TV in the living room that includes a DVD player. All TVs include cable. There is also a stereo, board games, and cards for your pleasure.
The house is equipped with plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and if you prefer to eat out, there are several beachfront cafes along the ocean road A1A.
There is even a convenience store on the corner for any late-night hankerings. Smoking outside only please.
So come stay at our beautiful hacienda... It is the place where you can do it all, or, just relax and do nothing at all...
Cancellations: must cancel 30 days before arrival date to receive 100% refund; if cancellation is made later, only 50% will be returned.

Most Weeks - $700-$800/week with pet. 12.5% State Tax additional.
Special Event Weeks .. $1000-$1500/week; $60 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee.
Monthly rates: $1,800; Discount rate for 3 or more months
50% Deposit to hold reservation; Balance due 14-30 days prior to reservation;
Special Event Week balance due 30 days before arrival; $200 Refundable
Damage Deposit due seven days after booking; deposit refunded 19 days after
departure provided there is no damage; this is not part of the rental fee.
