  We had an awesome time at the seascape. It was just like the pictures showed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and it was very quiet and peaceful. We are already counting down the days till we go back!

  Dear Mr. and Mrs Wattam We returned to our Illinois home today, after our week in your Orange Beach condo. We really enjoyed the week at the condo. The condo was clean, neat, and very comfortable. We loved the decor and great view of the beach. Temps were about 80, water was still warm, and beach was cleaner than we have ever seen it. Perfect week Thanks so much for making everything so convenient.

  One of the best vacations ever! Took our family of 6 kids, varying in age from teenagers to 3rd graders and ever single person enjoyed our time in this condo! Spacious, clean - gorgeous view!! Everything described in the listing was accurate. Beach view is amazing and the pool was there when the kids needed a break from sand. When booking the vacation, I had several questions in regards to the local area, and owner was more than helpful!! I have already told several of my friends about this place and we look forward to make this our annual family vacation!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just returned from our stay at Seascape. We happened on the condo while surfing on the internet looking for the perfect family getaway, and we certainly found the perfect place. The owner's communication was superb, especially letting us know before we arrived that the drive to the condo could easily be overlooked. We had no problem finding it from the directions given. Additionally, the ceiling fan in the loft was not working when we arrived, but one call to the owner was all it took to get someone there the next day to fix the problem. (Note: The reason for the ceiling fan not working was not the owner's fault. Apparently a previous visitor had quite the infatuation with pulling the chain and broke it off.) The condo was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed the full kitchen, having a washer/dryer in the unit, and the outdoor grill downstairs. It was amazing being able to walk out the door, across a small walkway, and onto the beach, especially on the 4th of July, when we watched the fireworks from right outside the condo. There were a larger number of people there due to the holiday, but we were able to put our beach toys and chairs out on the first day and didn't have to pick them up until the final day of our stay. There were plenty of amazing seafood restaurants in the area, and we ate at a different one nearly every day. (Recommendation: If you like good seafood, go to The Big Fish. It's a little higher than other places, but well worth every extra penny. It was, by far, our favorite stop during our time in Orange Beach.) On our final full day, it rained, so no swimming. However, we took a short drive over to Pensacola to the Naval Aviation Museum. This place was amazing, and absolutely free. A must see if you have a free day. Normally vacations are marginally relaxing, trying to fit everything in. However, our stay at Seascape was easily the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Many thanks for a great stay!

  This condo was quite cute. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. It was absolutely perfect for our intentions of simply relaxing and enjoying the beach each day. We even got the joy of watching, from our balcony, a short thunder/lightning storm over the ocean on our last night there. Very beautiful.

  I just wanted to say thanks for letting us rent your beautiful condo. We had a wonderful time and hated to come home, but had to come back to reality. We really enjoyed your condo and will definitely plan a future stay there. The area is so quiet and relaxing. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and an awesome view from the balcony. We met several of the owners and very nice people. Seascape is a wonderful complex that is maintained beautifully. Thanks for sharing!

  This was a perfect spacious condo for our family. We had a wonderful time! Photos are exactly as described - no surprises! Very clean and owner was very helpful during our "planning" stage. I would highly recommend this condo / property to friends and family. Property was well-maintained. The Seascape Property is not a high rise condo; therefore the beaches are a lot less crowded. Downside: LEAVING... Wanted to stay!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a fantastic time at your condo. Perfect size and not busy at the beach. We will definitely stay there in the future when we go back to Gulf Shores.

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $150
• Cleaning: $90 + tax
• Tax Rate 11%

Cancellation policy:

No firearms, fire crackers, fireworks or explosives may be discharged in the condo or on the Condo Association property. No open-flame grilling is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. An area for outside cooking is provided on the beach side of the building. Pets: Personally we love them, but they are not allowed in our unit or on the balcony. Please remember many people share this home. Evidence of a pet in the unit will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT! Our vacation home is a non-smoking unit, however you may smoke outside. Please dispose of all smoking materials appropriately and do not discard them on the grounds or the balcony. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please take off muddy/sandy shoes before entering condo. No illegal drugs or other illegal activities are permitted on the property. Please be considerate of the other guests and tenants and refrain from loud music or activities between 10 PM and 6AM. Owner is not responsible for items left in the condo. Please make sure to keep valuable items with you at all times. Safes are not available.
