This is the most well equipped condo I've ever rented. The owner has obviously lived in the unit and has gone out of her way to be sure to include everything a renter might need. We were very comfortable during our two-week stay and we especially loved the wonderful master bedroom. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and concerns.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family had a great time at the townhouse. The off street parking was a big plus as well as being able to check the surf from the Master bedroom. We all surf so it was close to the good breaks and only a ten minute car ride to where our two sond live. The kitchen was ideal for preparing our meals. Overall June provided a spacious, clean, sunny environment for my family.

My family and I had a lovely time in Cardiff. We were 30 minutes or so from Sea World, Pacific Beach and just minutes to the lovely Surfer Beach in Cardiff. The home is spacious and well stocked with all the necessities, we did not have to eat out once (Saving a TON of money). The beds were so comfortable and the view of the ocean off the two patios was so relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone; we felt at home and well taken care of! What a joy!

Our visit was one of blessings and relaxation. The house was so comfortable and charming! So much space everyone had their own room. Walking to beach was down the hill, the sunsets were awesome from the house. Kitchen was updated with top of the line equipment and fully furnished. I would recommend this property to anyone. I will be back, hopefully bring my family next time!

for letting us use your lovely house. It was a great location for us to see all sorts of things. Went to animal zoo, Legoland and the beach. Cardiff by the Sea was wonderful. It was so fun - we want to stay here again

This is our second stay here. Your place is close to everything (in big city standards) so we saw much more on this trip. Thanks for playing a huge part for our family to come together again. We feel certain there will be another time soon.

Lovely home, very accommodating and friendly owners who were very flexible regarding check in/check out, easy access to the expressway but in a very quiet and restful neighborhood, slept great there. Nice to have free wireless Internet and off street parking

Obviously, my husband loved your bar light. It was such a well stocked, lovely home. We hope to return and also recomment it to others on the PGA Tour. I expecially loved the bathtub and skylight. I took lots of leisurely baths---loooking out the windows at the ocean.

You're a super landlord. We really enjoyed the new refrigerator, knives, etc. and of course it was fun getting little gifts just for staying here. This is a great location for fun, shopping and walking. Hope to see you next year! P.S. You really made us feel welcome.
