Location! What a great spot to spend the cold northern days of winter. Our home is located just a few blocks away from the Yacht Club. With all the amenities of home all you need is a couple pair of shorts and a few tees. The warm Florida sun will supply your tan and the pool will keep you cool. With multiple events ongoing in Cape Coral you may not find time to take the kids to Sun Splash water park or read that book by the pool. Enjoy Florida's best Cape Coral.
