You can ski at 3 different mountains in Park City. Our guests prefer the quiet and comfort of breakfast in our spacious and well appointed condos. Our condos come with free indoor heated parking or valet service. Our condos give you early check-in request. Your room key will give you access to the private owners' lounges/library.
I guarantee which condo, which view and the number of bathrooms......something the Grand Summit reservations office is unable to confirm. My condos are available as studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms with one, two or three bathrooms including some with extra-large jacuzzi tubs and 2 or more entrances and lock-offs.Just let me know what you need for beds and baths.
You will be just steps from the Canyons gondola. You can't get closer than that at Canyons. All the privacy and amenities of a private condo with all the services of a complete resort: ski school, child care, spacious fitness center, hot tubs, heated pool, daily maid service, gourmet dining, room service, bars and cafes on site. Private shuttle service and the famous Park City Transit whisks you in minutes to Main Street, Old Town, Park City Resort and Deer Valley.

Amenities include granite counters and GE Profile appliances. Large vista windows give wonderfully expansive views especially for miles and miles on the valley side.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Summit
Park City though most famous as a winter destination since the 2002 Olympics is truly a 4-season destination. It's the gateway to the Uintas Moutains of the Wasatch Range...filled with trails, lakes and hidden destinations. There is no major ski resort town in the US that is closer to a major airport than Park City is to Salt Lake Airport...just 35 miles and all highway. Salt Lake Airport is a hub for Delta, Southwest, Jet Blue and others....so you can get here very easily on nonstop flights.

The Grand Summit was designed as home away from home for the owners and all the condos are privately owned yet lovingly maintained by the GS staff. HELLO! Well Sundance went down as a huge success for my company. Your accommodations were incredible and better than we could have even dreamed of. Even though we were a little outside of town, the Grand Summit still had a tremendous infrastructure and we got everywhere we needed to be on time and within budget.
