The home is a three bedroom split floor plan with the master bedroom and bath on the first floor facing the golf course, and two guest bedrooms and one bath on the second floor one including a view of the golf course. Extra powder bath on the first floor in between the family room and living room.

The family room includes a 60-inch big screen with dvd player and cable, leather couch and recliner, and fireplace. The family room is open to the kitchen which includes a breakfast bar with stools.

All three of the bedrooms include a queen-size bed. The master bedroom also comes with an armoire with a TV inside. Complete laundry facilities with french doors opening up to an atrium. The backyard also comes with an in ground spa.
