This is a great location, close to Bal Harbour shops, quaint restaurants and close to South Beach. I grew up in Miami Beach and I love this area because it is like a village but yet close to the city and South Beach without all the traffic and crowds!

The beach is spectacular, the view is amazing and the ocean water is the warmest and clearest in Florida! My family loves coming here and you can see the amazing ocean views from almost every vantage point in the condo!
