New furnishings, linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc.. Easy access from Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox & Qualicum Beach. Quiet area, great for walking, five minutes to Craig Bay Beach, one hour to Mount Washington for hiking or skiing. 20 minutes to Nanaimo for shopping or theatre.
This is a lovely unit and would be ideal for a couple who wish to spend the winter on the West Coast and use Parksville as a base for a relaxing holiday. A long walk on the beach or on the many walking trails; a book to read by the fireplace on a rainy day; interesting art galleries, shopping, or enjoying the natural beauty of the West Coast; all these activities are available from this location.
