We loved the condo. The rooms are large and airy. The unit is right on the ocean, complete with a huge patio and the surf to lull us to sleep. Nice neighbors too.

Leon, Patti and I had a fantastic during our 27 day stay in PV this April. The Condo and entire facility at Playa Royale was first class. We met many wonderful neighbors daily. The beach can't be beat! We had such a great time we are looking to stay two months a year, hopefully April and November but that could easily turn into four months a year. I would recommend your condo for anyone looking for a warm relaxing vacation on the Pacific Ocean.

Leon, Patti and I had a fantastic 27 day working vacation in PV this April. The accomodations of Playa Royale were above our expectations. We can see ourselves visiting the area at least two months a year, maybe four months in the future.

We loved our time (March) in your condo, Leon . It is just as described ,and the area is lovely.Had a good time going into P.V.on the bus, taxis and using the local shops and restaurants as well . Leon was great to deal with . We would definitely go back . Thanks again Graham and Leanne

Our family recently enjoyed 18 glorious days in paradise. The condo was big and beautiful! The grounds were amazing and the beach went for miles! Leon was very easy to deal with. We look forward to our next trip to paradise!

We loved our stay in Paradise Village. It was our first condominium vacation and we loved it. The beach was great, we never had a problem getting chairs. Our view was wonderful. We all loved staying there.

Our family of 4 stayed at this lovely home in March of 2008. We had stayed at Playa Royale previously and initially I had some concerns about the size of the condo. Well, we were just thrilled when we walked out onto the balcony!! It was...as the owner wrote the most unique balcony in all of the building. The view is spectacular, the space is simply awesome with seating for 8, a very comfortable lounge chair and ottoman and it even has a bed! This unit is very nicely decorated with most of what you need to feel right at home. We took the shuttle to golf at El Tigre most days and in the evening would take the easy walk to the Paradise Mall. You can walk for hours along the beach. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for a wonderful, fun and relaxing vacation.

Very well appointed appartment in quality development. The situation of this appartment is a particular feature with an extremely large balcony looking over the ocean. The owner is also good to deal with.

We enjoyed hi-end spacious luxurious and comfortable furnishings in this stunning condo. Very dramatic from from the minute you walk in the door through the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom, all you see is ocean waves and palm trees swaying in the breeze. The real treat was the tropical patio which was the largest one in the tower and overlooked the swimming pool and ocean - great for our family sunset pictures! Another nice feature was the fully staffed breafast and lunch bar at the pool, adjacent to the steam bath and sauna locker room. The soft breezes and splendid sunrise/sunset walks on the beach are still in our memories, as is the bogenvia that would drift in from the patio underneath our bed! We wish we never left - what a dream home!

My family and I vacationed in Nuevo Vallarta over the Christmas holidays this year. It was our firt time visiting the country and really enjoyed the experience of the small town. We were exceptionally pleased with the condominium unit and tower where we lived for ten days. It was clean and organized and provided an exceptional view from the oversized balcony where we spent many nights listening to the ocean. It was the perfect place to enjoy the New Year with our family and friends and would not hesitate to do it all over again.

Beautiful condo and prime location. Private and quiet when needed yet close enough to all the action and amenities at the Paradise Village resort. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Friendly staff. This was our 6th visit to Paradise Village and it's always been secure, clean and loads of fun for the members of our family ranging in age from 6 to 73.

This home is beautiful. I absolutely loved the use of space. The patio is amazing. With all that space, it was hard to leave down to the beach. My kids and wife are already talking about coming back.
