For our first vacation on Maui, we loved the central location of this condo as it allowed us to explore easily in all directions. We loved the direct access to the beach for daily walks and lots of swimming. The well kept lawn and gardens were perfect for stretching out on a beach chair to watch the waves and relax. And the condo itself was comfortable, well kept, and wonderfully quiet at night. Thank you so much to Stephanie who provided us with lots of information to make our Maui vacation so fantastic. What a great way to end the year and begin another. For us the location is ideal. Nice, quiet, away from the crowds. You can stay here and enjoy the sun and the surf, or you can easily get to your next destination. Encourage everyone to get out and see as much of Maui as you can. It is much more than sun and beach. Thanks so much for a most relaxing time. We neeeded the rest after touring Oahu, the Big Island and Kauai (it rained). The condo unit is comfortable and well appointed and stocked. We had a great time in Maui especially at the condo. We immediately felt at home. The condo was better than we expected. It was fully stocked with beach towels, coolers, blender, cooking spices, etc. We felt spoiled. I have to say the bed was also super comfy. Stephanie, We had a great time here! Really enjoyed the condo - it felt like home after just a couple of days! The guidebooks and the CD for the road to Hana were awesome! We never would have found the beaches without them! Thanks also for the tip on the Hula Grill - we actually went twice, we liked it so much! And for your telling us ahead of time what to pack for the hike in the crater! My wife and I honeymooned in Maui and this rental was perfect. Stephanie has done an excellent job of making it feel like a home away from home. The condo compound was very quiet. The grill was great, you can't beat grilling on the beachMaalaea bay is beautiful and it is a short drive to any place on the island. We were there for whale season and it was a regular event to see whales out in the bay. We look forward to celebrating our honeymoon here.

Aloha! We just recently from Maui and am happy to comment on what a wonderful condo (A8) and what exceptional hosts (Stephanie & Andreas) were to us! The condo unit was beautiful, just off the gorgeous ocean! The unexpected bonus was its proximity to the miles of unending beach- a definite bonus if you're looking for a nice quiet run on the sand (a must!) That being said about the condo, our hosts were even more exceptional! We were always able to contact them and receive prompt replies. They were always mindful of our privacy and very accommodating. My husband and I just stayed in A8 with our six month old baby and it was perfect. Maalaea is a quiet jewel of Maui that was exactly what we needed. The condo is very clean and the grounds are immaculate, and there was enough action within walking distance to satisfy us. Having the beach so close was perfect with a baby - we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Stephanie takes excellent care of her guests, and we can't wait to go back!
