We invite you to create family memories in this beautiful vacation home which has everything you need for the perfect family getaway! The chalet is centrally located on a spring fed, 300 acre lake to enjoy all water sports, swimming, or just soaking up the sun on the beach, or relaxing by the fire at night.
This fabulous chalet is only 10 minutes from Indian River, 20 minutes from Gaylord, just 30 minutes to Petoskey. For you skiers Boyne Mountain, Nubs Nob, Tree Tops is close by for you to enjoy a day on the slopes! Snow sledding right from your door! After snowmobiling all day on the trails, warm up, and relax by the fire.
This beautiful newly built 3,000 square foot home has a luxurious master bedroom suite with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bath. Located on the main floor is another bedroom with a full size bed across from the full bath. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans.
The walk out basement also has a bedroom with a full size bed and a twin bed. The kids will enjoy airhockey, fooseball, electronic dart board, T.V. VCR/DVD and games.
Lower level also has refrigerator,1/2 bath, and water toys.
Kids will love catching pan fish right off the dock or sit around the campfire roasting marshmellows. Lake has bluegill, small mouth bass and perch.
The Public Access is less than 1/4 mile, if you decide to bring a boat or jet skis, otherwise there is a row boat included with the rental. Enjoy river rafting by kayak,canoe, or tubing on the Sturgeon River. It is the fastest river in the lower peninsula, or you may choose to take the slower route for the scenic tour. Henley's rentals are minutes from our chalet. Marine is also located close for your motor rental needs.
WildWood lake has a 9 hole golf course, clubhouse and food for your enjoyment, also is Indian River Golf Club nearby,as well as the Burt Lake State Park with a public beach.
Full width deck is great viewing the beautiful scenery, outdoor grilling and relaxing. Great area for fall tours viewing the beautiful colors of Northern Michigan. 2 night minimum stay $200/night, summer
$200 Damage Deposit,refunded within 2/wks of checkout after inspection.
1/2 Deposit to secure dates. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
