Suzanne: I just want to let you know that my wife Lesley and my son Robbie had a great time at your beautiful condo. We were not inconvenienced at all and felt everything was more than satisfactory. I commend you for your responsiveness to Jamie and Abby's concerns. You went above and beyond what most landlords would have done. Two co-worker friends and I stayed here while working the Sundance Film Festival and we found it very homey; comfortable, clean, and nice. They allowed me to bring my dog, Gracie, so that she could accompany me to work. She was Sundance's official mascot this year. Gracie was very comfortable, too, and liked to curl up in front of the fireplace. I highly recommend this condo if you're planning a stay in Park City. Nice place, nice "landlords". We spent a week in this condo during ski season and were very pleased. As 5 adults with different interests and schedules the convenient bus service gave us flexibility and the location close to grocery and liquor stores was great. We hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful ski vacation here (despite the low early January snowpack levels). The condo was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located; the website photos gave us an accurate idea, but I think it was even nicer than what we saw online. The owners were very easy to deal with and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Our experience here was very positive and we will definitely keep this property in mind when we return to Park City!

The location of this condo couldn't have been more convenient. We were able to take the bus to ski at Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons very easily. The food store and other amenities were a quick walk away which was very convenient having 4 kids in the condo. The unit itself was extremely comfortable and the owners were easily accessible when we had a minor misunderstanding at the pool. All worked out perfectly and would highly recommend the unit.

We had a great time In Park City and thought your condo was a great place to stay. It is convenient to just about everything. Had a wonderful time in Park City, skiing was great, got 8-10 inches of new snow while we were there. Really liked skiing at Deer Valley the one day we skied there. Wish we would have done that earlier in the week.The condo was nicely appointed and everyone really liked it. One of the things we didn’t like, and I know you have addressed, it is the buildup on the dishware from the hard water. We have found a product that can be used, we have very hard water here, and it seems to work really well is something called lemon shine (or something like that). It gets rid of all that buildup. Use it a half dozen times or so and it should even leave the inside of the dishwasher sparkling clean. Other than that we really liked everything else about the condo and will certainly consider renting it again should we go back to PC.Thanks for all your help in getting ready for our trip. It was quite convenient and we really appreciate it.

Actually, I have to disagree with the previous statements that the pictures are accurate as the condo is even better than them! We spent 2 weeks in March and found the condo to exceed our expectations. The condo was well planned for good family gathering time and also space to isolate. The owners obviously keep it stocked and ready as well as taking a personal interest in the needs of the renters. We enjoyed the location which was steps away from the shuttle and right across the street from Albertson's. We will no longer need to research condo's in Park City because this one would be hard to beat!

Loved the unit. Well stocked, clean, well-appointed and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Everything was described accurately. Great place to stay for family with teenagers- on PC Bus shuttle route; across street from movie theatre, restaurants, market, drugstore.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family and I have now stayed at this Park Avenue condo in the winter and the summer and found it to be equally fantastic in both seasons. Beside the proximity to everything mentioned in the description, the condo is beautifully maintained (photos are accurate) with an attention to detail. It's a lovely place for couples yet comfortable for a family! I highly recommended it and look forward to going back again soon.

Condo is very bright and airy. Pictures are accurate. Unit is well stocked and extremely convenient to bus stop. Great location directly across from Albertson’s. Pool, sauna and hot tubs are an extra plus. Would recommend and in future hope to stay again.

The Condo is in perfect conditions and excellent shape. The decoration is very nice and warm. It is very generous in its measures. The location is excellent; few blocks away is Park City resort and it is in the middle of Deer Valley and The Canyons. The owners have organized all the details to make your stay very easy. The renting process is easy, fast and safe. I strongly recommend to rent it.

I would highly recommend this unit for your next trip to Park City. It is conviently located in town and near many ski resorts. It is in great shape and NOT run down like so many others I have rented. The condo is very spacious and decorated very nicely. You can't go wrong on this unit.

We have had an opportunity to stay during both the winter and summer months. Great spot convenient to skiing and the attractions of Park City itself. Plenty of room here and easy access to groceries, etc. Relatively quick trip from Salt Lake City too. Looking forward to our next visit.

My family rented this unit and it was great. Close to the slopes and everything. Easy to deal with we would definately rent it again.
