I have had the pleasure of renting our condo to new and returning guests for the past 5 years. I believe that vacation pleasure is increased when the accommodations live up to, or exceed your expectations, so I stay actively involved in keeping our units well maintained and attractively furnished. My main guest priority is to take care of any unexpected needs (if they should arise) as timely and unintrusive as possible. I enjoy having personal contact with guests and have made many friendships over the years! In addition to my top priority of renting our Destin West condos, I stay busy in providing several real estate marketing services. I also enjoy my "when needed" job as a floral designer with a local shop (which I consider more pleasure than work!!)

My family of 4 stayed here in October and enjoyed every minute. The condo was a great place on the ground floor. It was easy access to the pool (right outside your patio doors). The pool was super and the Palm trees all around was stunning. The beach is right out your door and to the left (no elevators or stairs). OH - and the keyless entry is a plus!! Jackie (the owner) was very pleasant and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We will defiantly come back. Thanks Jackie for making this a great memory for my family.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was truley one of our best vacations ever! We were very reluctant on our decision to come here because of the oil spill, but thank goodness we took the chance because of all of our 4 years of coming to the Destin West this I believe was the prettiest I'd seen the beach/ocean. No sign of oil anywere! Our stay at condo 109 was extremely enjoyable. The convenience of being within steps of the pool and the ocean was awesome. The beautiful bright colors and decor made me want to go home and redecorate. I also loved drinking my morning coffee on the patio and being able to watch our kids from the convenience of our room. We made beautiful memories here and look forward to coming back and making many more.

Wow! Jackie your condo was perfect! It is decorated beautifully, and the ground floor is so convenient! We walked to dinner almost every night and crab-hunted on the way home! It was a wonderful week and we celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday while there. We grilled hotdogs and had cake and ice-cream for all our new friends we had made during our stay! She loved it! This place was amazing!! The location is within walking distance to the Boardwalk, which is an outdoor shopping area with many restaurants, ice cream and a playground - all on the beach, also within walking distance to the Gulfarium and Angler's restaurant! As for the condo unit, you drive right up to the front door for unloading - this is priceless with little ones, the unit is decorated beautifully and has everything inside that you would need. The patio is located right at the pool. This place was great and we cannot wait to go back!
